The power of judges to simply throw people in jail for contempt is a power that transcends the "innocent until proven guilty" portion of our Constitution. I know it's not Politically Correct to say this, but... Women who are affected by hormones for 5 or 6 days a month to the point of temporary insanity should not be given that un-checked power.
