Michael Jackson didn't hide is children from the spotlight as children because "he didn't want them to be famous". He did it because he wanted *them* to make that desion for *themselves*. As a child, you have no choice whether you wish to be flaunted in the media or not. He wanted them to hold on to their innocence and childhood. All he wanted, was for his children to make that decision, by choice.

He wanted it to be *their* choice; he wanted *them* to make that decision. Now that his children are older and mature enough to decide for themselves - this is obvoulsy something they wish to do.
