  • Don't you teach the other sweep? Like the arpeggio style I think it is.

  • Glad I'm not the only one that thought of this "exercise" lol

  • "not a real chord"? it's called a 'tritone'. go back and learn music, instead of electric guitar.

  • that's cool, I never saw an actual exercise for sweeping; most of the time, an arpeggio is the exercise itself. seems like a good idea

  • This is excellent!

  • Thank you Aaron. This is the only excercise I have found which

truly prepares both hands for a uni-directional sweep. You are the man...

  • Sounds like buckethead :L I don't mind how it sounds, and it's a good exercise :)

  • this really helps, ive been playing this exercise for like 2 or 3 weeks and i really have seen improvements. all you gotta do is practice everyday or like 5 days in a week and youll do. its pretty easy when you get it done

Ps do it with an amp, anyways you wont know if you are really doing it right

  • yeahhh...fuckin awesome...

  • Ah. You are hated by a lot of hot mothers.

  • This sweep sounds dreadful. but it is a pretty good warm up. thanks man!

  • so chris angel plays the guitar too?? XD just kidding men you're great :D

  • I actually thought that sounded pretty sick. lol

  • I didn't know Seth Green played guitar...

  • another thing to add for people starting to learn sweeping would be to learn economy picking.. at least i think.. i dunno. i use economy picking more then alternate.
