@marklmansfield Nope, I think that must have been another show. There was an awesome episode in New Orleans where Tod was trapped in a room with some birds, but no rattlesnakes.

i saw the episode about the birds ~ 2 days after your email, a local network started the series from the start. I noticed for the first yr or so, the only cars seen were GM. First infomercial Must have been some other show, i was very young & there wasnt much on TV then, i can remember spending a lot of time looking at test patterns waiting for someting to come on.
@marklmansfield LOL! I know what you mean! Remember when they played the National Anthem before stations "concluded their broadcasting day"? Then it was just static until 5 or 6 in the morning.
Was there an episode where one of them was tied up in a room with rattlesnakes? would have been early 60s,maybe 61 or 62
