I remember when i used to set my alarm clock so i can wake up saturday morning so i can catch this show. this was the best show on the line up. And as for the opening theme, one of the coolest by far of any animated series. They chose the right opening theme because the new batman was a teenager. From this theme you get a feel of what this batman is like in contrast to bruce wayne's batman. Just watch and you can see the mentality of terry compared to bruce when they are batman is very differnt

im 15 and i grew up on batman the animated series. the adventures of batman, the movies, and batman beyond. i luved this show as much as the others. most of the time shows like this fuck it up but this keeps it going on fantastically. terry is young and not as experienced as bruce but still does a great job. and bruce gets some fight action too from time to time. u can watch batman beyond on comcast on demand. thats what i do when i go to my family's house. go to kids, then i think kids wb. :)

loved this series, i'm glad they went with a new batman rather than de-age bruce to a teenager, as it was originally planned. that way we still have the awesome old batman and a new one, which gives a sense of time lapse which is rare in comic book series.

I'ts a damn shame that this series and all the other DCAU shows were never released in Australia in their entirety. Sure, we have the various animated movies and stand-alone volumes of some of the DCAU shows, but the only seasonal sets to have been released in Australia were Batman The Animated Series and Batman Beyond, and neither of them have made it past their first boxset. I imported all of BTAS and am currently on a mission to gather the rest of the DCAU series from overseas.

Cool series ....Agreed. It lost funding because the creators wanted to work on The Justice League Unlimited. Was not as good as batman beyond though. Also batman beyond had a robust college age following than kid following, so they took that to the very adult targeted Justice League Unlimited.
