I have no means of recording chaos battle :) . Although I am quite sure the problem is not with gabranth but chaos himself. Unless you don't use arcane resin and have troubles with charging EX mode. For charging ex i always jump as high as possible. This way you can sometimes make him use his diving attack which will miss and give you a lot of time. Another tip i could give you would be using mostly Rupture as in this vid since you may want to stay at distance and rupture has great range.

yucky names =P why did they change the originals? fulminating oblivion sounds kinda ok, but ruin impendent sounds better than unflinching, and frost purge is just incoherent seeing how flames go about.
The names are supposed to be different. Compared to Basch's Quickenings, Gabranth's are similar, but not exactly the same, so it makes sense the names would follow suit.

The first half a minute is the reason I don't like Dissidia AIs. If they just repeat the same move then it really isn't a challenge.
