Yes Bose makes speakers. in fact, they are specialized in acoustics. And acoustics refers to waves, like waves of sound and waves of air (they interfere in suspension physics). Suspensions are a sort of hobby for Dr Bose, the founder of Bose. His company is not public, it's his money, and he uses it for whatever research projects he likes (like suspension).
