We just learned about the Tulia scandal in my law enforcement class. I don't know about a racist problem, but he was terrible at law enforcement. His inability to do his job and write a report properly caused the case. Plus he was in trouble himself. This is freaken hilarious though!
Tom Coleman was investigated by the FBI for three years and was cleared of any racial bias. The "innocent" defendants in Tulia signed sworn statements that they had in fact sold narcotics to Tom Coleman. When the political heat got to hot Tom was kicked to the curb. this video makes me sick
