That was a shit fight. Thompson didn't have a single decent punch and the only good one Hollweg got was when Thompson hit the ground. Both of them should be embarrassed.

Thompson win? Judging by what, volume? His hits landed on Hollweg's helmet, except for on uppercut that was underpowered. Hollweg landed a solid shot at the end of the fight. True, Thompson was on the ice, but what difference does that make? Unless you're only counting the hits that you want to count, then well, more power to you.

That's not to say Hollweg isn't a douche, but being a douche doesn't make an automatic loss in my book.

Hollweg's been guilty of more than his fair share of cheap stuff, but I don't see a problem with that hit. Glides in and makes contact shoulder to shoulder - the puck had been gone half a second, if that.
