@Kingdoni Na ja 4,5 Sekunden sind etwas überzogen, bei einer Werksangabe von um die 6 Sekunden. Um in der 6 Sekunden Region um 0,5 Sekunden schneller zu werden, müsstest du schon mind. 50 PS drauf packen - so eine hohe Serienstreuung gibt es sicher nicht.

One final question if i may.. what grade of oil are you using ? 10w60? 15w40/50 etc ?

ja den e34 M5 gibs nur mit manuellgetriebe, sowie auch der nachfolger, der e39 M5

Erst mit dem E60 M5 kam ein SMG getriebe mit einem automatikmodus zum einsatz. Wobei das SMg getriebe im technischen auch kein automatik getriebe ist.

Best petrol and oils for pretty much the entire life of the car, never revved too much cold, mint condition i'd say, and the tank was near empty, maybe cold outside (wintertires), so the engine was sucking in dense air, very nice car and goes like stink! :)

Ahhh, da schlägt das Herz des Besitzers höher, ein besseres Lob gibt es nicht...

Im Ernst, weder Rückenwind noch bergab. Alles Serienmässig, sichtlich gut eingefahren, keine Ahnung warum der so gut geht. Andererseits hab ich einen guten Start erwischt und wer weiss, wenn ich "durchgerissen" hätte (was ich ihm natürlich nicht antue) wärs noch schneller ;-)
