Cute girl. Good thing someone was making sure she didn't fall backward. I don't think those complaining about safety are right. When I first went to a range I was just handed a MP5 (automatic) with basic pointers followed by a Desert Eagle .50AE. There were no casualties or anything.
It's not like they were handed a gun and left unsupervised.

Seriously? They're idiots, and anybody saying otherwise is contributing to ignorance. She had her finger resting on the trigger the WHOLE time. Her stance was horrible -- she was leaning against the guy while she was shooting! She had such a weak grip on the gun that the barrel went completely vertical from the recoil. She was actually staring at her shoes with her finger on the trigger! That's not "learning." That's just dangerous and stupid.

Everybody laughing about her not being able to handle it is what isn't cool. That was probably just a .44 Special. If she put a full mag load in there would that be cool? Would that be "learning"? Would it be fun for her to have a big scar in her forehead the shape of the rear sight? If you didn't see anything irresponsible in the video that's your fault. We need CCW licenses to carry guns. Videos like this make me think people should have licenses (and proper training) just to own them.

It is NOT FUNNY when an UNTRAINED amatuer is handed a gun way beyond their ability and safety level . This is the result of NO TRAINING I am glad I did the full safety course . Maybe these BEGINNERS SHOULD TOO

OK seriously. If youre not going to take the time to teach her to do it correctly why the hell are you handing her loaded firearms. Putting your hand on her back is not proper instruction and no wonder she isn't going to want to do it again. A .44mag is a perfectly manageable round if used correctly. You have a responsibility to TEACH before you allow to fire. This video isn't funny it's sad. If taught to fire correctly she will likely enjoy many years of firearm usage with any caliber.

Oh no I got the point that you're a complete idiot. I do use, have, and study firearms everyday and understand that they need to be used correctly and safely. People that haven't been properly trained in their usage have no business handling them (your in this category). The point of information technology and youtube it to share information. When people watch this they get the impression that everyone uses firearms like this and they are all dangerous. My point is that's just not the case.

Firearms are perfectly safe for professional application, personal defense, and recreation so long as their handlers have been trained and use them properly in a safe manner, which is not being displayed in this video. jackie111... If a .44mag ended up over your head you're clearly in need of instruction. the .44 mag is in no way that unmanageable of a round to fire. Yes it does have a fair amount of recoil, however nearly all of it is safely absorbed by holding the firearm correctly.
