Fable uses skill points no levels... sure you can upgrade your skills but as far as attributes and RP ES shits on fable... i love fable too but comparing thetwo is way off the mark the gameplay and setting are so vastly different and ES is soo much more submersive skyrim will have over 300 hours of gameplay try getting that out of fable
