  • BTW, a thicker beam=/=a more visable beam. The energy density is less. A weak flashlight outputs ~3W. It also has a huge beam. Is it more visable than a 125mW greenie? Not even close.

Another plus of a flashlight style laser is that it has longer duty cycles, so you don't need to turn them off very often.

  • i have a hulk 175mw and it has an average output power of 225-235mw.

    its AWSOME!

  • viper 125mw=]

    it is great.

  • the aurora GP175mW and the hulk 175mW have the same beam diameter, so the same bean visibility. But the hulk is a hand held laser whereas the aurora isnt a hand held laser.

  • of course the aurora is a hand held laser

(thats the only way i can operate mine).

all dragon lasers are hand held.

the hulk and spartan series have on/off switch.

  • by 'all dragon lasers' i refer to or mean: viper, aurora spartan and hulk series lasers.

  • 250mW Spartan could be a good choice but its too expensive. i have a aurora GP 150mW and his beam visiblity is GREAT !!!!! but the burning ability isnt really good ( just pop balloons, light matches) . In my opinion if you will buy a aurora GP 200mW u could burn many things and the beam visibility is awesome ( beam diameter 1,6mm).

  • Get one from the Spartan GW series.
