  • can you make a instructional paper or list so I know I am doing it right from point a to b?

  • @MirkMiller I will try to put something together and post it this week.

  • Wow - this is great yet so simple. How long is the electrolyte likely to last?. Thanks for sharing.

  • Oh hello, I have somewhat the same design. Wanted to ask I hooked mine up with a 3 amp

plug in the wall power supply. 12 volt 3 amp. After about 30 sec. that power supply the back got HOT ! So I unhooked. Then I hooked up the unit with the battery charger. 12 volts at 10 amps. Turned it on and watched the little bubbles. I started out with 1/2 teaspoons of soda then slowly added more. Up to 3 tablespoons. in appox 1/2 gal if water. To much soda got it

    hot to fast ?

  • @fred306801 You definitely have too much electrolyte in the water.....cut that back and you will be fine :-) Thanks for the question/response.

  • Hello, I have a question, why do you think would be the reason the alternator would not keep up at night when I am using my lights. Would it be because I have to much baking soda?

    Thanks

    Kent

  • @kentcoltrin You are drawing way too many amps if that is happening. Get an amp probe so you can check the units draw once it's warmed up or purchase a commercially available PWM with amp control off the net so you can control that.

  • use this with synergy drive, and i bet cars can get 100+ miles to the gallon easy, probably more. great video!

  • @6tortured6soul6 This little unit would have minimal results on a V-8. You can build a dry cell unit or a larger wet cell unit like this one. Or you can connect several smaller wet cell units together. Try to keep the production under 1 LPM and you will be fine. Plate configuration of +n-n+n-n+ is very effective and efficient. A neutral plate is not connected to a power source. It still produces using the current passing through the fluid without using more power.

  • @6tortured6soul6 1 lpm is what I have found is the breaking point where the computer does not adjust out your gains. More requires modifying the electrical and believe me you don't want to go there. Thanks for watching.

  • Thank you for the great vid. I am building mine this weekend.

  • I know HHO power is viable if using solar or wind to separate the water into hydrogen and oxygen but I keep hearing people say that the electrolysis process is not economical. Is it true that the alternator produces more electricity than is needed to keep a vehicle running? If so, this negates the skeptic's claims. I understand that even in straight gasoline powered vehicles something around 90 percent of the usable energy of combustion is lost.

  • did you have to change your chip or your computor

  • @WRH052970 No and I recommend you do not. Just be happy with small gains and you will enjoy increased mileage without hassles. Thanks for your comment/question.

  • @terrystech thank you for getting back to me on that that helps me out

  • I have some down time this week and i want to save on gas (who doesnt!) So I want to build this. My question is, how often do you need to change the water/baking soda mixture? the second question is how do you know how big to make this system - -is it based on the size of the engine?

  • @mrsmalenasanchez This is a very simple unit with small production. I have found that if you stay under 1lpm most computers will not detect and adjust out the gains. When you go with larger production the computer detects the O2 in the exhaust and thinks you are burning lean so it dumps more gasoline in to compensate. This causes you to gain more power but you are usually right back to square one in mileage.

  • Dear Sir can i get your email ID i m seriously interested to do a DIY but under ur kind and professional instructions.

  • @janobilli terrystech.weebly.com

  • Could a vechil run completely on a hho system or it that impossible?

  • @chicksfollowme It is possible and has been done but the technology always gets buried. Japan had an H2O car a couple years ago at their auto show and no one has seen it since. GM has produced a car called the hywire that uses H2O converts it to electricity and runs the car on it.

  • Thank you for your video. I will try to make this unit tomorow. Is there a special metal to be used like stainless for the cathode anode part. Would copper be to soft or a piece of an old bumper chrome or nickel plated. I have heard of platnium being used which can be scrounged out of catalitic convertor.

  • @61miroman Use only low carbon stainless or another equally non corrosive metal. Copper is not good because it breaks down very quickly. Platinum would be an awesome metal to use....

  • i made one and put on my granny's 6 hp brigg straton motor wheel chair she took off like a bat out of hell and ran in to the dollar store window, i told her i got it from watching youtube! thanks buddy!

  • are those spacers and nuts on your steel plates non conductive?

  • @srbeiler It's bolted together with plastic bolts and nuts so yes it is non conductive. It would short out if you use metal bolts unless you were to coat them with something or use bushings. Use plastic and you will be fine.

  • I have watched you many times (now for years) every time I go out into the "either" and research and then check you out again. I want to be sure I got this part. You inject the HHO UPSTREAM of the alitr filter into the airbox? That continues to make sense to me, but my research shows other points.

Have you had this connection for three years?

    Thanks

  • @willholl69 Placing the HHO line upstream of the air cleaner is the safest install. Injecting HHO directly into the manifold can be dangerous due to backfire issues. Just install it upstream of the air cleaner and you should be just fine. Thanks for the question.

  • nice

  • Nice video. One of the best ones on Youtube. Would a kit this size run a 5.2 durango with a v8? Or would I need a few of them. Thanks in advance, Drew

  • I am very impressed. thax for th evid

  • Must see!!!!!

  • my question is are you still running the truck on fuel as well? i would like to one day make my car run totally on this hydrogen.

  • hi do I have to modify my o2 sensors or the pcm to compensate for the hydrogen fuel' so the computer doesn't lean out the fuel system?

  • so the new fuel required in this new process is baking soda?

  • @RobCardIV Baking soda helps the water conduct the electricity required to cause electrolysis to occur. Electrolysis causes the molecule to lose cohesion and break apart. So instead of H2O as a combined molecule you have HHO. Two hydrogen and one oxygen. Does this help? Thanks for watching.

  • is hydrogen gas more efficiant than the regular gas?

  • @Datareen Hydrogen is nearly 70 times more explosive than gasoline. What this means in terms of power a gasoline motor is that introducing small amounts of HHO into the air system will actually cause the gasoline to flash more quickly and with greater intensity. NASA termed it "flame front" in their tests and it has a significant impact on how clean the fuel burn is.

  • what do you do to stop flash back????

  • @OldWizeFrog Flash will not occur if you feed the HHO gas line in the air cleaner box before the air cleaner. In this way the HHO must pass through the air cleaner and then through the intake air system quite a way before it reaches the engine. If you must plumb yours closer to the intake manifold you can use a spark arrester use for cutting torches.

  • how does the intake put suction on the container?wouldnt there need to be a little leak in the container so that there is not a constant sucion preventing the gas from moving?

  • @reachforacreech As electrolysis occurs the liquid changes to a gas which causes expansion to occur forcing the gas out of the container. The vacuum on the container has very little effect on the amount of gas that is being pushed out of the container.

  • does it have to be glass?

  • @reachforacreech No it does not have to be glass but it should be something that will not corrode / erode and that will dissipate heat. Aluminum is not a good choice because electrolysis erodes aluminum quickly. A stainless steel canister works well.

  • Where did you get your metal canister

  • @whippersnapper972 Wal*Mart housewares department :-) Thanks for watching.

  • Great stuff man!

  • what are you using as electrolyte and how much in how many liters of water?

  • @iegvikpam That question comes up a lot. However I can not give you a solid answer because water quality varies greatly. The purer the water the more electrolyte is needed to help electrolysis. A suggestion is to begin with a 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda per gallon and increase it until you get the desired amps (less than 20 amps is preferred) and the desired reaction. Don't be too quick to add more because as the water warms up the reaction will intensify so be patient as you experiment.

  • Great stuff!! I would love to try it out!!

  • i see other similar questions but i do not see your reply; what happens when the water gets very hot and how do you take care of the nasty sludge that forms after a while?

  • @pgpeachess To answer you questions if the water is getting hot you are drawing too many amps and need to cut back on the electrolyte your using or find a purer water source. The sludge that produces is a natural part of this process and they only way to remove it with this design is to change the solution. Don't worry about the clarity of the fluid as long as it is producing HHO, but is sludge is forming in the bottom and touching your plates you need to change the fluid. I hope this helps

  • @terrystech thanks! i'm a little bit of a perfectionist and i needed something else; it's got to be better ways. someone told me that his group is working in secret -no you tube presentation- to produce only hydrogen, with other metals than SS and without an EFIE, but he won't tell me more.

  • I have been looking at you video (several times) and ? or assurances: you use a 20 amp fuse, you say?

you insert "before" the air filter into the air box - how is that working after three years?

    and

how are the "non-stainless" speculates working (oxidation)?

  • @willholl69 Use a 20 amp fuse on the cell load after your relay. Use a 5amp fuse from the wiper circuit to the relay. Make sure the HHO passes through the air cleaner. And always use stainless steel. Do not use non stainless steel as it will corrode away quickly. The higher quality stainless steel the better.

  • Does your system have a fail safe more if the HHO hoses were to catch fire and what is there to keep the HHO from exploding?

  • @BrianLillard As far as I know there is no failsafe you can install on something like this. HHO is explosive by nature so using good hoses and making certain they are tight and leak free and in good condition should be a regular check. This simple little cell is designed with the rubber cap so that if flash back should occur the cap pops off. Thanks for watching and as always take the extra step toward safety.

  • Thank you for sharing this.

  • Hey Terry, I like your video best. Simple and I really like your delivery. They say vets can pick each other out of a crowd, after service. -I'm a vet and I'm picking you out.

  • i have to make a car for my project but i have to do it without fuel can u explain how to use it in car

  • Great video. I'm an electrician an everything in your video makes sense. I've been trying to find a practical use for the production of hydrogen using electrolysis for a while, and I think I finally found it. Can't wait to build my own and give it a try. Better gas mileage is always great especially with pump prices these days.

    Thanks again

  • This is the first time I've posted a comment on YouTube. Of all the video's I have watched on HHO (which is almost all), I continue to come back to yours, for 2 reasons. 1. Your common sense (which is not so common) cautionary statements, and 2. the simple directions on how to construct the generator. Obviously, there is a lot more to the science, but by keeping it simple you allow less chance of injury to the individual or his/her vehicle. Thank You

  • Very cool and instructional. How often does the cell solution get changed if any? and,.... what are the effects of too much hydrogen gas being produced,....as you mentioned being bad. Thanks again sir.

  • How do you keep your water inside the canister from getting to hot?

  • your video is quite helpful, but how to inject the hydrogen into the engine...and at what pressure.....your guidance will definitely help me........please reply me on gunpreets87@gmail.com

  • Thank u!

  • thanks man, appreciated

  • Terry, Great video. But should i worry about the exhaust gas temperature? I heard that too much hydrogen can melt the pistons of my vehicle (A VW sedan 92). Looking forward to hear your opinion. Thanks.

  • will this work on my carb motor bike? thanks!

  • cool i am going to try

  • Is it possible to have too many HHO Generators in your car? I want to raise my 1961 Chevy Apache from 8 MPG to over 20 MPG... Do you think this is possible?

  • @Chrisjuchniewicz That goal is achievable with the right cell and the right power management controller. What you need is a pulse width modulator that has a current limiting circuit. You can build yourself a much larger unit and place it elsewhere in the vehicle (like the trunk). A dry cell system is best with filtration and a cooler so you dont get too hot trying to pump out that kind of HHO. Just google dry cell and pwm. Make sure you get one with current limiting ability.

  • @terrystech is there any other device that could replace the spatula to create the hydrogen cells like pencil lead(carbon) or some type of metal wire coil

  • @gtharmony22 Stainless steel (lower carbon content the better) is the best option for producing HHO. Other metals either break down too quickly or they do not product HHO at all. Copper for instance has been used by others and pieces of the copper have corroded away and were sucked into the turbo and destroyed the turbo. I would not suggest using anything else except stainless steel. Low carbon stainless steel is your best option for long term use. Thanks for watching.

  • what did you use for a cap , and do you have an insulator between the two spatulas

  • @bangnblake A quick cap is a plumbing cap meant to cap off sewer pipes. You can find it in that area in any of the big box stores like Menards or Lowes. The spacing between the plates is achieved by the plastic nuts I bolted everything together with.

  • AWESOME VIDEO

  • 18 oil companies disliked this vid :D

  • nice video.. i actually learned something.. preciate

  • Excellent, thank you. I will try it today. I'm trying on a small scale to hook the hydrogen apparatus to a series of small solar cells, the type you find atop garden lighting. I know it won't make enough H to power a car, but it seems like it would make a fair amount gradually over time for free. But how to store it?

Does an ordinary balloon inflate when the H rises into it. It did in one video, but is a mylar balloon better to hold the gas?

And many thanks. Bye-bye oil companies.

  • @willbanks00 Yes you can use solar to power the cell and yes you can inflate balloons with the cell. I have often filled balloons as a test of the purity of the hydrogen gas coming from the cell. They float away nicely if you let them go :-)

  • will it works whith out baking soda?

  • @honda636hp Yes it will work without baking soda. It just does not produce as much HHO...

  • Do you know if this can work on cars with turbos? Or does pressure effect this too much (in a bad way)?

  • @erikj7 Not sure on gasoline engines. On diesels I have not heard of anyone having trouble. I would still go into the air cleaner box though.

  • will it work in older car my car is a 76 oldsmobile cutlass

  • ok i have a few questions.

    1)can i make it bigger?

2)can i make it out of PVC?

3)can you give me a list of the products i need? i know you said them in the vid but i didnt understand a few of them

  • @willddevine7 Bigger Yes. PVC No. PVC holds in the heat and it just does not work well. Glass or Metal canister - Electrode Plates (Spatulas in the video) - two plastic bolts - four plastic nuts - Quick Cap from the plumbing area - two stainless steel bolts - four stainless steel washers - four stainless steel nuts - One Mason Jar - Water - 1/4 tsp of baking soda - 12 volt 20 amp fuse - 12 volt 30 amp relay - 10 gauge wire - 12 volt power supply such as a car battery - silicone sealant

  • @terrystech thanks i really appreciate it!!! you should put this in the video description

  • @willddevine7 Check out my vids. SUPER simple.

  • your video has been helpfull and thank you from DETROIT rock on dude

  • Will plastic work for the jar?

  • @CrazyShenaniganz Yes Plastic will work just keep the heat down or it will melt and you will have problems

  • my 83 lincoln towncar is throttle body injected and i have a fiew orifice tubes i have adapted to fit the intake manifold on an unused vacuum port.I will post my own video on this and its effects of fuel consumption soon.

  • @72fordmaverick Use a flash suppressor so you dont have a cell explosion. I dont reccomend going directly into the intake.

  • What exactly is the second container for? To stop a backblast?

  • @idRATHERbeOUTDOORS For that and to help filter the gas to ensure the chemicals such as sodium do not reach the engine.

  • @terrystech do you need just enough water in the second container so that a tube bubbles into it, or do you need a specific amount? Also would you recommend wiring the generator to a toggle switch? I have a 4x4 and I would want to turn it off when conditions get too bumpy or there is an increased chance of accidents.

  • @idRATHERbeOUTDOORS A secondary switch is ideal as long as the main power cant be bypassed. In other words you are still only running the cell with the engine running. If you are going to use a bubbler you are correct it is basicallly just a jar with fluid in it to help filter the gas and act as a barrier in case something caused the HHO to flash or ignite backward through the gas line.

  • great video and very well explained, thanks to you i wll now be able to build my own system. GOD BLESS YOU and your love ones

  • I'm totally doing this this weekend. @terrystech I don't quite understand where I should run the gas coming out of the jar. Can you explain where to run the hose? Thanks for the video! Way simpler design and less of a financial investment to experiment with the idea.

  • GREAT!!! Mr. Terry , I have a question. I plan to build this on a motorcycle it has 12vdc. Should I expect the same amount of bubbles coming out from the cell.? Is the bubbles coming out, enough to provide HHO in the air cleaner box?

    thanks for the vid...

  • Amazing going to have some people that have electrical degrees look at for me. Thanks. Your a Patriot.

  • so this still uses petrol yes?...

cant you have it so it just runs on h?... great videos btw...great disclaimers too :)

  • awesome. i've been researching to make my own and your way is the most simplest way so far. I am so looking forward to increasing my 15mile/gallon truck. :)

  • This is a really good video and can you use this generator on an old diesel engine?

  • @weejoe2772 Yes

  • HOW MUCH POWER DO U NEED (VOLTSS)

    PLEASE REPLY

  • @ichigokurasakiamos 12 VDC 10 to 20 amps

  • What type of hose are you using from the cell to the air box. Thanks and great video.

  • @10lbrhino I used some flexible black plastic line from the plumbing department at Menards. My dry cell unit uses braided line for reinforcement.

  • you are de bomb! thanks so much for an easy how-to-do, and not complex. what kind of mileage do you get now, that's a Ford Ranger 4 cyl 2.3L engine, right? what mileage did you get before and after the HHO system? Thanks I heard also, that you should use a 2 bublers to scrub the gas, so it's not as caustic and corrodes the engine.

  • @trangenusa A bubbler is really meant as a safety barrier between the production cell and anything that might flash back causing the cell to explode. If you are concerned about flash back make yourself a flash arrester instead using some fine stainless steel and pack it into a piece of 1/2" pipe nice and tight then put a barb fitting on each end to hook your hose to. If you hook your HHO discharge / supply line into the air cleaner box before the filter you will not get caustics to the engine

  • When you bolted the two stainless steel camp spachulas togetther how did you keep them from not shorting?

  • @loser999ify You will be using plastic bolts so they will never touch. Plastic is non conductive.

  • Does your truck run exclusively on HHO? or does it still use Gasoline as well. If not how close do you think they are, in your opinion, to having a car/truck that runs exclusively on HHO?

    Scorpion_6743@Yahoo.com

  • @Scorpion6743 I have only seen a few systems that run entirely on HHO. You will need a large very efficient unit to accomplish that. I seen a system that used an external generator that supplied electricity to the HHO cell. The HHO cell produced enough gas to run the guys diesel on nothing but HHO. Minimal gasoline required to run the generator at idle. The guy was figuring 200 MPG since all the fuel he used was gasoline for the generator. Pretty ingenious.

  • I made the same system about 4 years ago in my 2001 ranger. I had problems with the stainless plate rusting. Any answer to that? and How long does your sodium water last before you refill it?

Thanks for your time, lookin forward in putting it back together.

  • @RickDiggler7 Using the highest grade stainless steel possible will virtually eliminate corrosion. Also using distilled water helps with the sludge. You will always have sludge with HHO unless you run it through a filter to clean it up. I built a dry cell system in a pickup bed that had a pump and a filter housing that kept the water nice an clear.

  • Man you are COUNTRY.

You just say it. I like your disclaimers.

Have you tryed pairing your spatulas and andding a nutral or do you feel you are getting enought production as is?

I have watched this three times will view at least two more times - it's so mellow.

  • this hho generator works great, i made one for less than 20 dollars and already saved that in one fill up, I was getting 20 mpg and now get 25 mpg, that is only 25% increase but i am not complaining. I am just curious if there is any way i can get better percentage increase. I currently have the hose put into the back of the air filter box using a nylon fitting. If i move it up into the front of the air filter box or beginning of the air hose will it be safe and get me more mpg???

  • hey guy. thanks for the spatch idea. i ended up getting spatches at the dollar store. i have 5 not 2 but whatever they work slick and look cool. you should use distilled water though instead of tap water. its way cleaner

  • Why isn't this technology in ALL new vehicles, installed at the factory?

  • Thanks for sharing your knowledge of the simplicity in making an HHO Cell. I dont know if you have tried this or not, but have you ever tried or thought of using that cell for a motorcycle?? I've been working on a design to fit it on My 07' honda VTX1300. Hoping you might have some pointers.

  • thanx for posting great info.!!!keep it comin!!

  • I have a lot of questions about what type of material to use, especially for the plates. Often people use other metals like copper or aluminum. I personally could not get aluminum to produce HHO without using a ton of electrolyte. I always recommend using low carbon stainless steel whenever possible because it is more resistive to the leaching that occurs during electrolysis. There was a company in a nearby town that made units from copper and pieces broke off making it to the engines turbo.

  • Thanks for your answer..What part of lowes or Home depot can i find spooled stainless steel wire. I have only been able to find galvunized steel or will that work.

    thanks, chris

  • @TheBoxer1975 You can usually find stainless steel wire over near where all the hardware is to hang pictures.

  • What would you recommend for winter weather conditions, and do you have any insight about engine or exhaust corrosion due do the increase hho gas.

  • Thanks for sharing. The question I have is, what size fuse to use in this system?

  • @jwheeler56 A fuse must be sized to the wire you are using. I cant give you a fuse size generically. I built my dry cell and used 8 gauge wire with a 20 amp circuit breaker. Again wire size including the length of the wire must be taken into account. Obviously the larger the wire the more current it can handle with less likelihood of meltdown. If you are drawing a consistent 20 amps in a submerged cell similar to the one in the video you are going to overheat and boil the water anyway.

  • @terrystech Thanks Terry for getting back to me. Will a 1/2 " plastic clear hose work instead of 3/8". Where exactly did you find your spachlias? There are several different kinds out there. Thanks again!

  • @jwheeler56 I found the spatulas used in the video in the sporting goods area at Wal*Mart. And yes 1/2" hose is fine.

  • Hi there.

    Great video. I subscribed.

I got few questions. I hope you've got some time to answer them.

Sorry for my english I'll do my best to explain what i need.

From where does the electric wires on jar comes from? Are they from accumulator, or alternator?

For what is used the other jar?

Do you start your car on fuel?

And how did you manage to stop fuel injection into engine, while the engine is on HHO?

    Thank you for your time.

  • @somehowuselles The cell should be wired using a DC relay that is trigger by a key powered circuit. The relay should get its power directly from the battery and both the power lead and the signal lead should be fused or wired using a circuit breaker. The engine runs on gasoline and the HHO increases flame front (combustion speed and power) to help improve gas mileage. HHO is a proven method of increasing engine combustion efficiency, even NASA has studied it and came to that conclusion.

  • @somehowuselles Hi Great video just would you please let me know how to make HHO Generator which is you used in your car. tanks

  • So ive seen a lot of these. Ive seen both plates (spatulas) and coils... which one is more effective? Or do the produce about the same outcome?

  • @Dreadpiraterobbers Either design can be very effective as long as the material you are using is sound and you have proper spacing and your electrolyte mixed properly. I have found that coil designed submerged wet cell designs run cooler yet seem to produce nearly the same volume of gas.

  • What do you think about putting two more spatulas that are just in between your negative and positive plate? Would that be a benefit? thanks

  • @kentcoltrin What you are referring to is a method commonly used known as a neutral plate. Neutral plates are definitely the way to go when building a viable HHO cell. Neutral plates allow the current bleed in the water to charge the plates helping to control current draw while actually producing HHO gas in the process. The plates actually make gas without using any more power. In fact they help the cell become far more efficient. Thank you for your post.

  • when you say add more electrolyte your talking about adding more baking soda?

  • @kentcoltrin Yes what I mean is to add more of the base electrolyte, either baking soda or another comparable electrolyte such as potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide. I don't mention these in the video due to their corrosive or caustic nature (depending). Baking soda is relatively harmless and it works to get folks started. No matter the chemical you use go sparingly or you will increase current draw to a point you will overload and begin blowing fuses.

  • by using your experiment can it produce enough gas to run a bike, my bike run on petrol but by using your experiment i want to run my by bike on hydrogen gas does it provide enough gas to run a bike

    waiting for your reply

    thank you

  • @shineimran You can use the ideas contained in this video and expand on them to certainly build a generator capable of powering a motorbike. This little science experiment was never intended to be a full blown working model. I only intended to educate and get people started thinking about the possibilities of HHO. Good luck and thank you for watching.

  • can you tell me about when it gets cold how do you keep the water from freezing?

    Thanks

  • @kentcoltrin Pure ethylene glycol works best added to the water until you reach the desired temperature mixture using an antifreeze gauge. If you can not find a oil company in your area that sells pure glycol you can use texaco brand antifreeze. I have found that this has less lubricity additives in it that others so it does not cause the cell to get as dirty. You will need more electrolyte after you add an antifreeze agent because it tends to reduce electrical conductivity in the water.

  • hi

this is syed imran how do u seperate hydrogen and oxygen but your experiment show hydrogen and oxygen are together then how do u seperate hydrogen from oyxgen both hyd and oxygen are are coming in same chamber how to seperate hydrogen

waiting for your reply thank you

  • @shineimran If you want to product each gas separately you need to separate the cell inside by using a divider plate so that the positive oxygen producing plates are on one side and the negative hydrogen producing plates are on the other side. In this way you can extract each gas separately. I will make a video of one built this way sometime in the future to demonstrate what I mean.

  • Is there a problem with sucking water from the generator at high rpms into the intake system?

  • @TheBoxer1975 No especially if you plumb it into the air cleaner box as I reccomend.

  • Terry I have a question? What would be the purpose of a bubbler? I notice you dont have one. Also, Is there a potential problem of water entering intake, then getting in the fuel system.

  • @TheBoxer1975 A bubbler is a safety measure that many use thinking if a backflash were to occur it would take out the bubbler instead of the cell. My position on this is what is the difference if you blow up the bubbler or the cell an explosion is an explosion. Plumb it in the air cleaner box so it has to pass through the air cleaner and you eliminate the chance of backflash all together.

  • Thanks Terry. Can you tell me how many amp circuit this is. blowing 15 Amp fuses

    thanks

    Bob

  • @blevorch Your mixture is too strong causing you to draw more amps and blowing your fuses.

  • i know it works, i convert biogas to diesel engine ,but i dont think 20volt will work

  • @MsRex44 Actually the higher the voltage the more efficiently and effectively the cell works. Higher frequencies using 24 VDC is actually very effective in making HHO production.

  • great video , i have a question though...what did you do with your O2 sensor? if it reads more oxygen it would request more fuel resulting in less mileage....

    thanks

  • @savvas90 That is why I recommend a lower volume of HHO ... it should not affect the computer.

  • Excellent informative and ingenious

    Thank-you

  • Good stuff here, folx.
