backflips are the most over rated trick there is there so easy to learn when i did my first backflip i couldnt even fakie out of a 180 all it is just start leaning back a little at the start of the lip lean ur ass over ur back wheel then at the top of the lip throw ur head back and pull as much is needed to get all the way around and try to keep ur arms bent the whole time cause gets sketchy when ur arms are straight out and u over rotate

If you want to flip, stretch well, get padded up,+ helmet try it first into deep water then on dirt that hasn't been too compacted, throw a heap of wood chips (minimum 8 inches deep) on the landing. When in the air....tuck in tight, look back and spot your landing, be ready to straighten your body out to slow your rotation,sure, have a finger on the rear brake but most importantly: Avoid any knob who believes "execute the flip" makes an instructional video.
