the smoke and fire is from the sceneries folder. you just need to go to the animation sections it should look like a little thing

Just buy Wild! the Expansion.

I think you shouldn't move the camera so much. Just leave it, beacause then you really have the feeling of the ride as it is.

It was mist the smoke in the game is totally opaque, now if they went through that kind of smoke, then you'd be watching gray and black for 1 minute.
