Thanks. This circuit did not stand the pressure like one of my firsts. You see in this video the one that is succesfully running but this one with 40 LEDs did not work well. It is very difficult to balance it out so that it will run up instead of down.
Try resonate oscillation like the tesla coil, to bounce and build (amplify) the radiant energy, works like a pump.
