  • OH WOW. I had this album in kindergarten!!!

  • RIP Thurl Ravenscroft. Your voice was GRRRRREAT!

  • Thurl really is a legend of our time. I'm a very low base and his voice has inspired me in many of my theatrical works and characters, such as Oberon, the Grinch (Yes I sang "You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch"), and a southern Baptist Minister in the Laramie Project.

  • Guy was truly a legend...this guy inspires me to follow in his foot steps...I'm 19 and have had a low rich baritone since I was 15...and I've wanted to pursue a career like this for the lat year n a half...

  • He has a nice quality to his voice.

R.I.P. Mr. Thurl Ravenscroft -- you were GGRRRRRRREEEEEAAAATTT!!!!!!

  • Hahaha...excellent choice of words Bryant5493...

  • This is amazing. It just blows me away.

  • As you said at the end, a fitting tribute to three amazing legends

  • Never heard that version before. I love the version which was on the "Sesame Disco" LP from 1979.

  • I have that LP as well and would have to re-listen to that track.

  • Same here! I'm missing the backup singers lol

  • WoW! This is CLASSIC THURL.

You almost expect him to say

    GREEN IS GGRRRRRRREEEEEAAAATTT!!!!!!
