Hi Becakpilot, thank you for offering this pie recipe. I actually tried this few days ago. The filling did magically turn crimson while baking. The cherry-like fruity fragrance flowing from my oven made it even more inviting. I'm very amazed by its ruby and berry flavor after it's baked. Thank you.
