Netflix looks great on the Nook Tablet.. For sideloaded vids I'm using Handbreak software for mp4 conversions. Good walkthrough - discovered stuff I didn't know. Thanks.

Do you have to remove the sd card and plug it in somewhere else to add you content onto it or can you just plug in you tablet and add directly?

Great review, just one problem. There is a humming noise that in the background that is a little annoying. Other than that the review was great, considering that most people forget that the Nook is supposed to function primarily as an e-reader.

They (B&N) hit the nail in the head with the sd card capabilities and that you can add other outside apps like kindle to it with no rooting, lol!

Just got to find an online store that doesn't charge sales taxes...

Most of the differences between the two involves the hardware. 1 gd of ram and a 1ghz dual core processor on the new one versus 512 mb ram and 800 mhz on the old. Plus this one has a microphone!
