  • That's a terrible laugh

  • @cdn19940804 muuuahahahhahaha

  • how do you keep the ball dead for dropshot.?

which motion you have to do.

  • ur actually good!

  • @Harvey7878 Thank you

  • @Harvey7878

are you serious when you say he is good?)))

both players are weak and have bad technique!

  • @lolskix we're normal players dude--about 4-5.0 and my friend is really tough to beat

  • @hi10spro Neither of you is hard to beat for me.. the technique is poor and the speed is slow, which makes it easy to beat you! no offense, just being fair.

  • @lolskix you got video of yourself. please post so i can see your sheer awesomeness

  • @hi10spro

it's been 8 years since i quit tennis, but anyways, heres a short vid of me playing doublles, as promised..

  • @lolskix oh sweet cool.

  • Man this guy sounds like Cleveland from Family Guy...

  • @JaySiow007 i am...that's my side job

  • Poor coaching and poor technique !

  • @Will18281 why is it poor coaching and why is it poor technique?

  • @hi10spro You have a terrible technique and what your trying to "coach" you cant demonstrate effectively. More luck than judgement !

  • @Will18281 hey buddy before i block you, say what is the poor technique and the coaching...but if you can't i understand... nah i'll just block you see ya

  • thumbs up if you came here from gutter.

  • @omgheyzul i don't understand your comment

  • your drop shot wasn't too good it bounce high

  • @jimmyyyou415 isn't that cool though, high clearance, high percentage, and you can still do major damage with it

  • @hi10spro i think it not because it drop shot the speed wont be fast if it bounce too high than what next= smash==

  • @jimmyyyou415 um who won the point...yeah...

  • idk about u guys but his "perfect backhand shot" looked out to me lol

  • @yeahuuummmno um...no.

  • Are you kidding me?

  • @Traw3k yes. yes I am kidding you...

  • i like forehand drop shots, for some reason, i just can't get backhand drop shots :|

  • @rebirthovan do you open the face on the backhand and come under the ball. if you can do it on your forehand, it might be your grip. most people have a harder time doing it on the forehand

  • @rebirthovan I have the opposite of your problem hahaha. I have the best backhand dropshot but the worst forehand dropshot. I dislike hitting them anyway. I feel kinda dog winning points with a drop shot from the baseline.

  • @willobillo0714 i don't think people should hit a drop shot on a forehand...it's a weapon shot...so nail it!

  • your racquet is so huge

  • @Kbaek11 I also have big muscles...

  • Federer does this millions of times lol

  • um nadal is a god so he can hit dropshots wherever he wants... but why? cut down angles, and then, he can volley?hmm

  • how tall are you?

  • six feet... five feet five

  • how short are you? lol

  • heheh five feet five

  • wow im a top junior, and well, i would kill you guys if i played you but you have amazing angle shots and lobs. but if u drop shotted me like u were to each other i would hit a wininer every time.

  • you know I serve and volley... but depending how old you are... normally, adults do pretty well against guys who are on the cusp of 14/15 and not so well against 15 and up... too fast, too much power but it would be fun. where are you located?

  • Correct me if I'm wrong, when hitting a drop shot (good drop shot) the best place to wait for the return is in the net. Because it will confuse the returner on where to put the ball.

  • plus the textbook reply to a drop shot is a drop shot back

  • hi, thanks for this video. I have learn a bit from it. I am currently struggling with a good backhand move. I see that you know what you are doing, do you have any tips or additional video on a good backhand?

  • You look A LOT more athletic since the last video I've watched of you....

  • HAHAHA that's called weight loss :D and this is an old video when I was more at my playing weight of 165. i'm really heavy now at 176... and for awhile I was at 182... (wife induced tennis ban due to pregnancy and general craziness that comes with it... no tennis... no going out... staying home=FAT... but I'm getting back down

  • ok sorry for the past comments i didnt' know they were pending approval i thought my computer was just laggy

  • you won't believe the stupid comments I get. kay let me rephrase. I can handle stupid comment, but hate filled ones or profane ones...

  • i've tried this combo but ppl just drop shot my drop back and then volley whatever shot i hit next. any tips?

  • its all about the appropriate time to hit the drop shot, and anticipation(sp?). i normally hit a cross court drop shot when my opponent is running cross court, about 3 feet away from the base line.

  • yep!

  • i try to use this strategy almost every match i play but i recently played someone who was great at drop shotting my drops back, forcing me to hit a weak lob which he then volleyed back for the point. Do you have any tips?

    btw great skill

  • when he drops back, hit the pass. don't lob, you're too close to net

  • thanks a lot i'll try in my next match, i think i stay too far at the baseline after i drop

    thanks again

  • this is the main strategy i've been trying and its worked well except when i faced a player who was able to drop shot my drop back and forced me to hit a weak ball which they then volleyed past me. do you have any tips?

    really great skill btw

  • when you drop, you have to come in to about a no man's land position to counter the counter drop

  • great drops!

  • good volley

  • HAHAHA thanks...so many haters on the internet...BUT I figured out anyone good enough to beat me, wouldn't bother telling me that they could--because I wouldn't, and two--when I challenge them...they never ever reply...

  • I think when it comes down to it, the "strong" people don't bother to reply in a demeaning fashion because they know the golden rule - there is always someone better out there. As a person who's been playing for 10 yrs or so...gotta say, not bad at all.:) If you're in the Maryland area, post a msg lol.

  • yep :D maryland huh? do you play on indoor courts all the time? you have clay? damn, that's really far away

  • may i say that your tenique is poor...

you'll probebly beat me in a match, because you have lost more experiens, but my whole tenique is better.

--respect to you, for posting this vid--

--and, yes, I know my english is very bad...--

  • my english is the only language I speak...and if you have good technique...well, one day you'll crush me :D so keep at it...where do you play?

  • horrible form...

  • cool ur good maybe i would play against you if you play leagues and also if I am good enough. right now i am about 3.5 - 4.0 but I will probably play 3.0 because I am a league newbie even though I play high school tennis for roosevelt.

  • I know Gary Okada from Roosevelt--what's your name? I know the guys from Waipahu Racquet too like Roy, James, etc. Unfortunately, I don't get to play much--i'm an A player and 5.0

  • that first drop to the right was out...

  • no...it was good.

  • the last lob was a winner

  • COOL!

  • thx, this was helpful :)
