  • Time lapse of the rise was cool.

  • Can I use potatoe water?

  • It turned out perfect. I'm going to have to try this one.

  • What happens if you forget to mix the dry ingredient first? I think that was my flaw in my 1st attempt. I mixed it only after I combined all the ingredients, dry and wet and the final result was a very tough/dense core.

  • Great demonstration! I'm anxiously waiting for my oven to come to temerature so I can bake my first loaf with this method. Thanks!

  • I think you're supposed to let it rise after you've shaped it for another 1-2 hours.

  • This bread is excellent!

Baking another loaf of this today!

  • Great vid Leo,finally cooking instruction I can easily use.

  • You will get a more fluffy bread if you let it rise a second time after formimg it for like 11/2 to 2 but great vid very entertaining.

  • That was awesome. :)

  • Great video! Very fun to watch! I love the yeast time lapse! Great sound track!

  • Thanks C. Most people didn't get that I threw out the first batch. I made a bread without mixing the dry ingredients first...Came out a brick. Oh well thats what cooking is all about. Thanks again for the comments.
