Had a GPX Wiz for a year and I fucking hate it. Don't waste your money--that diagonal line is there all the time, the controls are infuriatingly bad, its an awkward shape, it can't emulate most of the games that I've tried, it feels awkwardly small and slippery in my hands, and the buttons clack and rattle constantly. The dingoo's price has risen since this was made and the wiz's has come down. The software on both has improved, with the superior power of the wiz becoming more apparent. No real reason to get an a320 over a wiz at this point.

The A330 is the same insides with a extra 32MB RAM that cant be used right now (can do in Dingux once emulators come out that are made to use that extra ram) so the difference is just the A330 looks more like a PSP

The Gemei A330 is different though, more powerfull but a bit buggy and not as well supported at the moment.

I guess it comes down to get Wiz or Dingoo for half the price.

Or wait to see how Caanoo develops, or the A380

I think this was an outstanding review. It's unbiased to a point; but you're right when comparing the two. I've heard a lot of good things about the Whiz despite the annoying diagonal line across the screen. This was the first review I've seen for the Dingo, and it's got my attention. However, I think it all depends on the person buying each handheld. Both have their ups and down, and you clearly state that.

Better graphics, better features, better appearance. An best of all, better price.

i got my husband a dingoo for his birthday, the first one had difficulties when plugging it in, but just check for errors and fix the disk (windows will automatically do that for you) after that its all good. Im also putting all the ROMS on for him, it works good! and has 4GB of installed memory and a slot for a mini-sd card :) cheers.

So I've owned both units, and I have to offer my input:

The Dingoo has better buttons, and a better menu system in native firmware. The D-pad also feels better on the Dingoo. Loading games into it is easier on the Dingoo.

However, the WiZ is faster, has more polished emulators, and has a great selection of original homebrew titles. The system is way more powerful and handles just about anything thrown at it as well as a PSP would.

If you could combine the two you'd have perfection.
