Excuse me, one question. Is this a real steam engine? Because I´m really getting very annoyed about this. I have seen pictures from the cab and it looks a non steam engine. So can someone explaine me what is this nice invention?

It's diesel engine.
It takes after a steam locomotive that used to run around the area.
Today it runs on the tram in Matsuyama city as an attraction for travelers visiting the famous spa, Dogo Onsen.
