Btw, it kinda seems like you try to challenge SHINee (also in your comment). I think it's better if you try to create something special about yourself instead. Don't make people compare you to e.g. Taemin. That will only hurt you.

Dance is very sloppy, you need to learn more moves. Your arms n legs are everywhere. Tip, doing dance covers will most certainly not get you pass the first round of auditions.
