@tekniksffd well, after HP660C and G55, then an OKI C5650 laser color (amazing but expensive, despite being laser, and poor image quality comparing to inkjets), I've returned to Canon with a MG5250. It has really impresed me, I'm absolutely satisfied with Canon.
the BJC-200, 210, 255, s100 ect and apple stylewriter 1200 (maybe more) are more or less the same printer outside of basic cost cutting (less buttons and led's, and the addition of USB in the later models.
They all used the BC-02 (or BC-03 for more capacity) black ink/head combo, and the BC-05 colour. CAN also print in fluro (special cart) or be modified to print food colours for cake deco's
This printer sounds just like my Apple Stylewriter II. That's because the Apple Stylewriter series printers were repackaged and rebranded Canon BJ printers.
@Zero8600 hsi has pretty distinct notes though :P mine just has 2 tones which hardly sound musical, and the tones are roughly half a step difference so it doesn't sound like much, his has a lot of difference in pitch so it sounds better :P
Dubstep! Oh wait, that was just a printer? My bad, common mistake. . .
