Anyone who has worked in commision based sales before will appreciate the movie a whole lot more. As for the language, are you serious??? The whole film is about desperate salesmen working under pressure.....this type of language is normal and common and just like real life. And Jack Lemmon's acting was superb, possibly the best out the stars in the film.

Jack Lemmon was not nominated for an oscar for this film, Al Pacino was though but he did not win it. Pacino was fantastic in the movie but I do think it should have been Lemmon who got nominated.

The actors Al Pacino, Jack Lemmon, Kevin Spacey, Alan Arkin, Alec Baldwin, & my favorite Ed Harris has made this profane laced movie so great long before 'Stone Cold' Jonah Hill who swears a lot in Superbad made it so very interestng.
