As big a fan I am of Goldikova, I too thought she should have been taken down and placed last. Courageous Cat was obvious, she clearly impeded him badly, but her drifting outward may have also cost Turallure the race. He's starting to move on the far outside, and has to drift out quite a few paths to avoid the chain reaction drifting out just in front of him. Having to drift all those paths, instead of a clear forward run may definitely have cost him the win here.
