Beets are cut by giant beet slicers that slice them into cossettes (similar to a waffle fry) then they are ran through diffusion, usually up a tower where the sucrose (sugar) is extracted. Cool, I always find the sugar industry to be very interesting, Although I'm locked out of my job at the moment. I was a dedicated hard worker at American Crystal and I just want to see the end of this dispute.

What happens after they sliced it on the belts,where do they go then after they are sliced?You showed it was to loading the suger in the bags.
