  • Nice job bro...don't worry. Bit about the sound n the recording=)

  • Hey bro! Great job on this Hillsong piece- one of my favorites to play as well.

I was watching you play and its obvious that you're a lefty and that you've learned to play on a right hand kit setup--I was wondering if you've ever watched Carter Beauford (Dave Matthews Band) play? He's also a lefty on a right hand kit. One thing he did to make his "open hand" playing easier was move his ride to the left above the hi-hats. Just a thought--maybe you could try it. Anyway Rock on Bro!

  • lol it must be hard to play left handed. ive tried it and wow its hard. Good job!

  • @97elpaisa Well actually for me its not hard since this is the way ive learned to play. =) But it would've been nice to know that lefty's are supposed to set their kit the opposite way. haha

  • @Motoxpsyco your set up is fine for a lefty just move your ride next to the hi-hats.i think it will make it easier

  • CHEVERE EL VIDEO

  • bien pibee.. lastima el bombo en algunas partesss .

  • dude you can set your drum to whatever fits best for you, theres not "right way" to set the drums. If you can play it like that, then go for it. Great job dude

  • @Deepstreetsoccer I agree. Thank you

  • if youre playing lefty....make your kit lefty....you have it backwards

  • dude if u were a real drummer you would know that the way he is playing is easier to hit the crashes so let him be

  • just saying it might be eaier for ya

  • he's playing open handed, not lefty

rolf wam fijell does it sometimes too

  • just a little heads up i know i commented on your happy day video but it seems to be just kinda constant (not too bad cause we all have our problems but just a tip) for the timing just practice keeping beats with a metronome and such and then have it on silent and play with it then look away and play for a bit then look back and see how close you were... just a thought, good cover though !

  • @rolyatgjg16tay I appreciate the tip. Definately starting to do that but with the vids i already have up i was just playing to a cd player so at times i couldn't really hear the music.

  • teach meeeeeeee please!!!! i want to learn the drums for my worship team so bad... i have a teacher... but you are so awesome!!!!

  • you drum like i do. right on the snare, holler! nice vid.

  • hey God bless you

I have been playing the drums for about 11years and personally bro,

you know how to get down hahaha

blessings brother remember to keep a humble heart and teach what God has allowed you to learn and through time and practice you will get better.

God bless you brother and don't pay attention to the people that are letting themselves be used by our enemy

God bless you and take care

your friend and brother in Christ

  • hey dude

    sick vid

    what i might suggest

is moving your Ride to the other side of your hats, so you can still played open handed..Kale from New Empire does that, and it works for him..cause it looks like your uncomfortable playing like that

    anyway peace out rbo

  • excellent cover bro....don't worry about the sound.....and dont worry about bad commentaries....you play for GOD....this is the most important...blessings...JESUS IS AWESOME

  • excellent. i like that u play in a different manner, Lefty with a righty setup.

dont worry about the sound of the drums on video.

    We're drummers, not videographers.

    Rock on!

  • maybe cos its a video and its not miced like other videos....some kits get different sounds.depends where u are....

  • nice! keep playin for god =]. really good job, u evr think about puttin ur drumset completely the opposite way since ur left handed? jus a suggestion,it might b easier, but do wat evr ur confortable wit and keep praisin god! god bless

  • Playing drums is all about mistakes & learning, gaining more from it.. its all about the heart of who plays it...^^ and who you play for RIGHT?? GODBLESS

    thumbs up! Glory to GOD

  • hey..i play the same way with ya man...left handed...for once i thought that i was the only one one but now i can see that i was wrong....!!!!great playin' by the way...you rock man...p.s. nice hat you got there,...``;p

  • dude, ur drumset sucks, sounds like hitting pots and pans.

    no offence though.

and y arent u using ur wrists?

  • nice drumss!!!! cool. keep it up!!!!

  • hey dude your pretty good

  • AMAZING!!!! : ]

  • the only thing, i would do, is to turn around the ride on your left side, next to the hihat (on the left side), than you could play both easyly with your left hand. i played like this my first year of learning drums and i must say, there isn anything you couldnt play the otherway around, but if you like to play like this, you sould do it. ;)

  • its good and ur a good drum cover but ur not using ur wrist on ur left hand ur using ur arm the right hand is fine though if u want to reply to what i said send me a message

  • this is beautiful

  • Thank you! =)

  • Great job man!

hey you should switch your kit around with your high-hats on the opposite side, along with your ride on the other side. It should help. :]

  • ur a great drummer i would try and set your set up left handed and see if its easier for you to play

  • it's not..

i would have to reteach myself to play fills in the opposite direction which would also mean i would have to lead with my right hand. then i would have to teach my left foot to keep beats and my right to open and close the hi hat.

    It's like re-learning to play

  • you are like my brother sammy.

  • vns, but i think theres too much treble. you need to put the music up and play a bit quieter. but, verall good job. you play in a different way but it's good. I cross my hand because im more dependant on my right,so its ok how you play. Good job!

  • you shud become more independent with your left hand....itll help alot

  • yea i know

  • nice

  • hey dude nice drumming, i haven't seen a left handed drummer before though it's still good.

    Good Job.

  • Yea im an irregular drummer.

  • Use windows media player and convert the file to a WMV.

    Or just... Get a macintosh.

  • Dude, you really should have put the music in the background when you edited the video, but I like your version of this song you did very well 5 stars.

  • I know.

    I've been getting that alot..

But i can't figure out how to do it.

I have Windows Movie Maker 6.0 but for some reason when i put music behind my video and try to upload it, it says the file is a .MSWMM file and that i need to export it in the .WMV format..

do you know what i need to do to get it like that??

  • dude that was awesome! god bless.

  • no offense but you are playing too loud and i can't here the music

  • And no offense to you but it's spelled hear...

Also, to the maker of this video, you should have put the music in the background when you edited the video.

  • it's nice to see another lefty drummer

    good job my man

    niice song to cover for

    keep it up!

    god bless

  • Thanks. =)

  • tight

  • sweeeet!!! HILLSONG ROCKS

  • Yea they do. =)

I grew up playing to them..

  • You left handed, bro? Your a kickass drummer. I'm still learning. Also, what kinda of hi-hats are those?

  • Yea haha. =)

I learned to play left handed on a righthanded set..

    Thanks tho, i appreciate it.

The hats are A custom zildjians
