there is an easier way to get the cutscene just put a warthog in front of the opening to the citadel and push it in with another vehicle and then the same thing will happen. =)
you dont need to do all that here is a way first finish the level with all warthong drive the warthong into the door the bridge goes to the hog will not go through so drive and jump out of the hog when you are about to hit the barrier on the door get in the hog that is in the room and drvie to the next door and the cutscene will be there
This is arguably the best cutscene of the game, glitched or unglitched. (i like the new music twist though, keeps the suspense going for longer, then it smoothly rides of the climax.)
