  • The abyssal helium refrigeration reactor good idea,it is possible to favour it only. Nuclear reactor producing my price put onto the ship on the other hand not so much winning, since from the beginning a swimmer, so instabill we talk about a platform.

  • Nuclear is awesome and should be the backbone of the worldwide power grid until we either:

    -Discover cold fusion

-Solar get's devolped enough to be everywhere

    -something else

  • watch?v=q-HlHyygEGY

  • Weak minds which does not understand complexitiy will be afraid of it.

This is the main reason why most of people are against nuclear power plant.

After several hunderts of year there will be no more oil or methane storaged at earth. To generate electricity nuclear power plants will be the only remaining option in future. If nuclear power plants were so dangerous God would not put a fusion ball(explanation for who does not understand : sun) at our head to lighten us.

  • nuclear energy is just made to look scarier than it is, radioactivity can be contained if there is well organised structured responses. nowadays every russian AES (atomic electricity station, in russian) there are fire drills and saftey is immaculate, nuclear is clean and is reusable, radioactivity dies down after a while anyway.

  • You know how many solar panels it would take to replace the Darlington nuclear power generating station in southern Ontario? Enough to create 6850 tons of toxic waste mining for the materials, that's how many, and unlike nuclear waste it isn't recyclable. Same with wind power too - or does the environmental orthodoxy not understand the science that goes into manufacturing epoxies and composites required for a wind turbine that barely trickles energy? Do they think maintenance doesn't need oil?

  • Nuclear, Means they get less cash, So they try to dirty wash anything nuclear. remember nuclear, is from 2 words, New and clear, Work it out. A lemon is harmless, But give it to a motorcyclist and tell him to throw it in your eye at 200mph+, Could sting a little. Just saying.

  • Russia learned from Chernobyl. Russia did a better job at Chernobyl containment (yet it still leaks & the area is deadly) than whats going on in Japan. That said, why risk lives when there are so many other emerging technologies that work? I Imagine the Japanese will soon put their reactors in shut down mode and adopt technology like Rossis E-Cat etc soon.

  • I trust many nations with nuclear plants, Germany has been eliminating its own plants but i think they can handle it,

  • Nu -(CLear.$hampoo, removes all head & shoulders.

  • Radiation is just one of a long list of life-threatening forms of toxic pollution. We have developed and become accustomed to a way of life that pollutes the air, water, land, and beyond Earth's atmosphere which is destroying the environment and jeopardizing the existence of all life on Earth. If we don't stop fucking up our planet, at some point all of this toxic waste will reach critical mass which will likely kill all life. Earth will repair itself, new life will evolve, and mankind who?

  • We've all heard about Peak OIl. What about peak uranium? Is the turn to nuclear realistic, or is a contraction of energy going to be imposed on us?

  • @jadams2212 thorium looks fairly promising as an alternative to uranium

  • ....neyt, no fucking way comrades, halt right their; not on the surface of my Earth

~if you want to fuck with falling star criticality then you may only make them under the Water Table's lowest level in appropriate lithosphere zones, that is where the waste must remain,

=all such liabilities must be performance assure with gold deposited in trust to value of maximum possible damage

=look under pyramids 13,000 year's back to see my ancestor's mistake on the surface last major interstellar Storm

  • Sorry Rt, this kinda propaganda just not cool. not cool.

  • “Only nuclear power can now halt global warming”- James Lovelock. What do yo think about this? Join the debate at EngineeringBecause.

  • @toyb0mb haha good i hope they do it, im sick of iran and their stupid muslim run government

  • Chernobyl and TMI were a pretty big deal. Fukushima is destroyed. Japan is still lying to they're citizens. The U.S. infant deaths have gone up 35 - 45%. There is iodine 131 in the water. The cons out weigh the pros here. Learn from Japan. Learn from Chernobyl. Learn from Three mile island. The by products of nuclear power creation mutate or kill anything living on the planet. They don't break down over time. Thousands of years of contamination is not worth it

  • NEC propaganda, explosives 101 had braindamage from an m80 he stuck in his ear as a young adult , dont be mean to him .

  • K russia will support Iran right until they drop a bomb on US

  • @WeLikeDanceMusic lolwut?

  • Advertisment show at best ...

  • Build a fucking wind turbine: receive free energy... no radiation, no pollution, no magic... just a generator on a stick in your back yard... we don't need nuclear, or fossil fuels, or magic free energy machines, there is plenty of energy in the Air, the Sun, and Oceans for all of humanity to use safely and for as long as the Earth orbits the Sun

  • Where did all the kooks crawl out from on this thread???

Nuclear doesn't pollute, and the "waste" is 100% reusable.

The only people against nuclear are OIL CORPORATIONS.

The reactor in Japan was Half a Century old, and hit by the 3rd most powerful quake in history.

If you hate "radioactive" so much: don't ever get an x-ray, or use radiotherapy, or go outside when it's sunny.

"Free Energy" only exists in Harry Potter, because it contradicts all of the known laws of physics.

  • @explosives101 Yeah, the nuclear waste is reusable as depleted uranium ammunition. But there is no reactor in commercial production that can reuse nuclear waste to produce energy. That's so far just a pipe dream. Nuclear energy is only safe when everything is going OK, but as soon as we have war or massive natural disasters or social breakdown, nuclear power fails. And it only needs to fail once and the consequences will be with us for 1000s of years.

  • @explosives101 I guess "Nuclear waste" is just a made up phrase.

  • @explosives101 Don't forget to keep the lights out too, they produce photonic radiation. ;D

  • Comment removed

  • @explosives101

Fukushima Daiichi is a prime example of why nuclear should not be privatized, nuclear can be perfectly safe, but corporate greed gets in the way of that, that old GE design is garbage compared to modern designs.

Here in Canada we have some even older nuclear reactors, but they're of a superior design and publicly operated... and now that the mindless masses have elected in a right wing government... the world's safest nuclear power is slowly being privatized.

  • @explosives101 Oh the force of a nano magnet that propels at 1/4 inch cube push/pull at 7.3 lbs hmm thats alot of free energy. And wow its even an invisible force ewww kinda like magic and scientists dont like what they cant explain )o,,,

  • @MrSokitumi0007 And I bet 40 x2 (o) could turn the altinator in my car with those oh so smooth and almost resistance free berrings would go around awfull fast -.o =P FU BIG OIL GLOBAL FALSE FLAG OIL NAZI CARTEL OF THE NWO )o,,,

  • >The reactor in Japan was Half a Century old, and hit by the 3rd most powerful quake in history.

Earthquake doesn't matter. Reactor was 40 years old and the main factor -- it was place right on sea shore, that's why it was partly destroyed by tsunami. By the way it's not the only japanese NPP at shore. I found at least one more -- Onagawa, and this one also had accident this year. It was the leak of radioactive water in April. It's stupidity or sabotage to place dangerous objects at shore.

  • @explosives101 Agreed. "Green" activists are basically marionettes for oil corporations.

  • @explosives101 Free energy means the FUEL is free... sunshine is FREE! Waves are FREE the wind is FREE, ground heat is FREE, river flow is FREE (and they are all CLEAN)... Uranium is NOT free, coal is NOT free oil is not FREE (and they all POLLUTE).

If nuclear doesn't pollute then why is Fukushima in such a mess & nobody living there for 20 miles around? Why is Chernobyll still uninhabited 25 years later? Why do they encase the waste in concrete and lead?

    Wake up!

  • @ejbh3160 Alternative energy is a bandaid, it is not a solution.

  • @Jsledge85 Existing renewable energy technologies could replace 200% of the energy the UK produce with nukes (which is only 10% of the UK's energy needs)

    /watch?v=hlwkEdy1oEs

Other countries could use different mixes of renewables depending on their location & availability..

The best thing about renewables is that there are dozens of different sources of energy & we won't be putting all our eggs in one polluting energy source (which allows energy cartels to over-charge for energy).

  • @ejbh3160

now they are blocking sun with chemtrails so it cannot be used as a free resource.

  • @hairtogovideos lol... beautiful day here today & I'm using free energy to type this. Go figure Einstein. But you're right... we need to sort out the chemtrail crap too.

  • @explosives101 "Nuclear doesn't pollute, and the "waste" is 100% reusable."

That is how nuclear propaganda machine wants nuclear energy to be perceived. You need to check on nuclear fallout event in Japan to see what "clean" nuclear energy does.

  • What we need is more Thorium.

  • NIKOLA TESLA CLEAR ENERGY, WHERE IS THE PROOF?

  • NIKOLA TESLA'S ENERGY, WHERE IS THE PROOF?

  • i bet the international banks dont like this, they want all countries of the world under their control by being dependent on their oil corporations

  • like it or not, nuclear power is currently the best option for our needs. while green energy sources are better, no one is going to fund it because it's not profitable.

nuclear energy is necessary due to today's strain on our power grids from more computers, larger TVs, and all those extra hybrid cars.

nuclear power can be safe if people dealing with nuclear energy would stop cutting corners just to save a bit of money.

  • @Jimmybusinessface Better than that GREEN propaganda

  • @Jimmybusinessface In addition, the Fukishima plant was set up with electric powered pumps rather than a gravity fed system to prevent a meltdown like they use in American plants. When the electricity went off they could pump and water in to cool down the core.

  • Sorry, nu-clear is not clear energy and never will be. Actually it's the most dangerous thing to our planet and beyond. Coal, hydro and others are child's play comparing to nuclear.

  • More bullshit from the nuclear industry.

Fast breader reactor makes more nuclear waste to power more power stations and that is good "No it isn't"!

Nuclear power stations now use MOX which is nuclear reprocessed fuel.

They have to be supercooled as well with sodium coolant if that fails water will not cool them. BANG! just as Fukushima.

Unless these power stations can be naturally cooled by gravity they are inherently unsafe through power failure as Fukushima found out the hard way!

  • Boats sink.

  • Nuclear is dangerous, creates pollution, and outdated. Anyone who thinks we still need traditional fuels like Nuclear, coal, and oil obviously is ignorant of the many forms of clean energy available.

Geothermal heat mining alone could easily provide all the world's energy. Not to mention, solar, wind, wave, tidal, and various suppressed technologies. We don't need to pollute our environment for energy.

  • eff nuclear energy.

  • Use Alternate Current like Nikola Tesla wanted its free its wireless and its clean energy from earths crust

  • haha, while andrea rossi is testing his revolutionary 1MW-Powerplant russiatoday reports about nuclearfission.

hahahaha come on people you can watch CNN, BBC, Alja.... no matter what all the same.

  • It make wastes, it isnt clean....

  • The nuclear ships defined this mini doc. If a ship sinks then there is no means to manage the nuclear power generator, therefore this show is propaganda and very dangerous tot he future of life.

  • More Corporate clap trap-----NICOLA TESLA-------FREE ENERGY FOR THE WORLD.

  • @Joda2004 There's no such thing as FREE energy. Study some physics. It has to be created or harnessed from work, work done by motion or heat rising, etc.

  • @bamboo4tameshigiri

check magnetic energy generator. That is free energy.

  • @1scot4scotland You're lying to yourself. There is no such thing as free energy. Work must be done in order to create the flow of electrons. There is no such thing as perpetual motion, its physically impossible. There are always forces acting against you like gravity and friction. If you removed gravity it would be more efficient, but you can NEVER get away from friction without suspending your stator in a magnetic field that would take a million times the energy you produce to hang it there.

  • @bamboo4tameshigiri

I agree with what you are saying and I agree with what you said about perpetual motion, BUT There IS a force involved with magnetism, surely even you can pull your intellectual forces (without too much strain) to realize that?? Think....two magnets both repelling each other spinning around generating a surplus of energy (that's a very basic way to put it). The big energy companies know all about it.

  • @1scot4scotland Magnetic force is not magic. Its a static force. It requires WORK to move the magnets which, in turn, move the electrons. You can feed that energy back into your magic machine BUT the most you will ever get is diminishing returns. The concept could be used (and is in modern electric cars) to make something more efficient by getting forces that normally work against you to do extra work for you. BUT you NEED work to make energy.

  • @bamboo4tameshigiri

Yes, and the "work" involved is putting two (or more) repelling magnets in a spherical chamber, at an exact point, whereby the "force" of magnetism is used to continually and constantly propel them. It completely follows the laws of physics and newton's laws of motion. It is not perpetual motion because there is a force acting here, that force is magnetism, which in-turn creates the movement. It's simple really, you were wrong.

  • @1scot4scotland Do these magnets float magically in the air? Build one. I dare you. Show me video of one in action. I dare you. You will win the Nobel Prize, become a billionaire in weeks, and rewrite everything we know about physics. Hop to it!

  • @bamboo4tameshigiri

    youtube.com/watch?v=NNd_DH9vfsM

There is one. The Idea is patented and owned by a multi national corporation.

  • @1scot4scotland Your "genius" is in jail. This "motor" is a scam and it is physically impossible to create a machine that produces more power than it takes to run it, unless part of that machine is a nuclear reactor.

  • fuck nuclear power!! i want my babies to have the same amount of toes as their previous generations.

  • Speaking about energy I am wondering why is RT not reporting on ex-Ukraine PM Y. Tymoshenko trial and 7 year prison sentence? Apparently she is guilty for signing the contract on Russian gas deliveries what caused damages worth 200 mil.$ to Ukrainian oil and gas company Naftogaz Ukrainy.

  • New Clear - NUCLEAR / NEWCLEAR

  • 60% of electricity generated in france is from nuclear power.

  • @iam1and1isme

In Ontario it ranges between 50-80%, depending on demand, nuclear is the baseload.

  • Not CLEAR. You're just creating more nuclear waste. How well do these plants hold up during a war? That's the first thing to be attacked especially after the oil runs out. Seems like a huge vulnerability during an attack. So easy to radiate the enemy's population. Are the world's leaders planning for global peace so we can all go nuclear? No, they're planning to kill us all quick and easy.

  • Tesla did not invent any power sources >.> Tesla invented wireless power TRANSPORTATION, not GENERATION

  • @Ash243x not entirely true...check your power meter in your home ;)

  • @FreedomRebel check it for what? I consume electricity, and it spins around once per kilowatt... am i missing something?

  • @Ash243x the thing with the disk that spins is teslatech...reverse the polarity and you have a generator (its original function!) now you know why they want to install those new digital meters ^^

  • WE DON'T NEED NUCLEAR POWER NICOLA TESLA INVENTED FREE WIRELESS ELECTRICITY ... H.A.A.R.P. FREE ELECTRICITY CAN BE EXTRACTED THROUGH RADIO WAVES!!! The Sun and the Earth Emit a Positive and Negative Charge creating one giant battery ... RADIO WAVES ARE SAFE AND FREE ... and its a lot cheaper to build

  • @tonyvac25 then build one and show us how its done. Until then its science fiction

  • Nuclear Energy isn't clean energy. What to do with nuclear waste?

  • @Milieunet put it in warheads and drop it on afghanistan and iraq...

  • Didn't really watch all of this video simply because I know when I see a TIME BOMB! There are NO guarantees with nuclear power and anyone who thinks otherwise is a menace to society those who design and create these TIME BOMBS should be held accountable for manslaughter!

  • awesome

  • WE DON'T NEED NUCLEAR POWER ... NICOLA TESLA INVENTED FREE WIRELESS ELECTRICITY THROUGH RADIO WAVES HAARP!!!!!

  • only americans posting bullshit here

  • where goes the atomic waste retards?

  • @JollyFlowFuck It can be fed into a breeder reactor, which will reduce the ammount of waste by a factor of 60. Then you can just store it underground until it becomes no more radioactive than the air you breathe.

  • Nikola Tesla!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • is there a specific company in russia that is building this fleet? or is it the government itself that owns this idea?

  • Lol, so many dumb comments.

Bad that people no longer educated correctly in science.

  • @hookah604 blame the education system.lol

  • when will humanity ever learn??? How many melt-downs will it take before these morons realise there's no such thing as clean or safe nuclear power... except that which we get from the SUN!

  • Comment removed

  • @EquusFerrarius firstly sun is GOOD for you & there is evidence the skin cancer is NOT caused by sun. Vitamin D3 (produced by sunshine on skin) is ESSENTIAL to your immune system & has been shown to prevent skin cancer (go figure)

Secondly the solar panels are the things that sit in the sun all day... not YOU... lol!

Thirdly... ever tried sunbathing in a nuclear melt-down? Go to Fukushima & tell me the sun is more dangerous than nuclear fool.

  • Comment removed

  • @EquusFerrarius how can you sunbathe in a meltdown? Stand in front of it Einstein! The radiation burns you get will be much more damaging than the radiation hitting you from the sun & it doesn't just stop there. The reason there's so much skin cancer is the same there's so many other cancers! 70 years of idiot nuclear engineers making bombs getting it wrong & saying "how could we have forseen it?" & then leaving future generations to clean up their messes!

    watch?v=jzw5YgUESiY

  • Comment removed

  • @EquusFerrarius if a melt down happens you don't need to climb inside... the nuclear fuel come OUT you fool! That's why it's called a melt-down... because it melts through all the containment.. or just explodes out.

And the dangers of nuclear power aren't confined to the reactor. Workers in the Uranium industry are at risk & of course nuclear WASTE has to be stored for tens of thousands of years! How long before Fukushima is 'safe' again? What 'cost'??

    watch?v=vi7toBsOXe4

  • Comment removed

  • @EquusFerrarius "A meltdown occus inside a nuclear reactor," then in melts trough the reactor wall (steel melts at 1450C) then trough the concrete confinement vessel (concrete with lead grains) and it is out. Or it just blows up like Fukushima Daiichi reactor #3 and falls 5 kilometers around. Meanwhile dust and gasses get airborne and circulate all over the planet.

Optimists and hypocrites make me wanna puke!

  • @EquusFerrarius In the Northern Hemisphere the weather systems go from west to east. In the souther Hemisphere they go from east to west... likewise ocean currents except at the great barrier reef tropical waters are met by Pacific currents, but even that is getting a hammering now with the 2nd year of La Nina about to hit it.

Anyway as you're an engineer you might like some 'fluid dynamics'

  • Revolution my ass

  • its all bull shit..no where do they tell you that all spent fuel containers must be serviced every 100 years or so for the next 10,000 fucking years..

    ```
    By the way have millions of containers and they said by 1970 this would never be a problem...SO WHAT THE FUCK DO THEY CALL IT NOW THEN ?
    ```

ASIDE from all this by 2030 there will be no fucking world to power...lying scumbags every nuclear proponent is a FUCKING LIAR~

  • @HoodwinkedbyanAngel and for the LOW LOW price of 999.99 people can get themselves educated :O )

  • @babaloo42 HURRY HURRY HURRY STEP RIGHT UP... 4 a limited time only $999.99...lol

  • @babaloo42 one can dream

  • Nuclear energy is only a temporary solution for a long-term problem.

  • what is the song from 5 min and 20 sec on? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

  • Renewable energy is the key, our ancestors will thank for it.

  • @1scot4scotland totally agreed... renewables are cheaper, quicker to build, non-polluting, sustainable & gives the power back to the people instead of having big corporations sending you bills every month. This report is pure Nuke Industry Propaganda.

  • You wanna clear Energy? Do a research on Nicola Tesla morons.

Everything else is a brain fuck in favour of the energy cartels.

  • @Forusim thank god people agree with your comment...

  • @Forusim Do that fucking research on Nikola Tesla and STFU!

He never succeeded on creating a free energy because its impossible.

Learn some physics instead of watching how the WTC7 collapses and seeing invisible bombs exploding.

  • @nadoeloiskat "Learn some physics instead of watching how the WTC7 collapses and seeing invisible bombs exploding."

So you say WTC7 collapsed because of a little fire or a splitter from WTC tower? OCK, I am done.

Btw our physics teacher says, aluminum planes does not cut through steel beams. But feel free to run into a brick wall with your head :D

  • @Forusim Tesla did a LOT of stuff, Can you specify?

  • @kirkey99 Free energy + Tesla are enough keywords for own research.

  • @Forusim Ok as a moron with a background in electrical generation {worked at a power plant in my younger days, family worked for Ontario Hydro} explain to me how you get free energy? Don't rant on about how Tesla invented this,,,,, explain how the energy is created. Practical gathering of the energy not your theoretical ramblings..... if you cant properly explain, stop raving

  • @Forusim

We can't use Tesla's revolutionary technology. The U.S. government stole all his research after his death and will never release it.

  • @Forusim

    THIS AND FUKING THIS

  • TESLA=SERB <3

  • @Forusim its not NICOLA TESLA it's NIKOLA TESLA

  • @Forusim

    true: telsa and thermal water.

  • @Forusim LINKS OR GTFO

  • @Forusim Calling other people idiots while talking about Nicola Tesla... lol

Even if it were possible, you'd be draining the magnetosphere of the planet. You know what that does, right?

  • @Forusim

DO RESEARCH ON NIKOLA TESLA? CAN WE GET CLEAR ENERGY NOW?

  • @Forusim not bashing teslas idea i dont think i understand as well as you do. But! how would be able to fly planes if teslas where put up? Also, reprucussions of electrifying the sky. Is it possible that we could statically charge the skies?, and end up seeing something outta the matrix where the skies are a constant bad lighting storm. I watched alot of the history channel shows about tesla but I always seem to get conflicted with those idea's of how much could go wrong.

  • you almost got an unsubscribe for this nonsense...

  • @RobsterJay enjoy the ride... so smug.

  • totally different approach to nuclear energy = a different kind of Chernobyl.

  • @nayanmalig, new improved Chernobyls!

  • As usual, when it's about Russia, RT starts licking ass.

  • The ice-breaker ships? Why not? Nuclear submarines & aircraft carriers exist.

  • as safe as possible. Even a time bomb is safe as possible. Until a small mistake

  • 'the world's consumption of electicity is growing' - BIG DEAL!..do you expect it to reduce?...you DAMN IDIOTS!

  • New, clear energy, lol what the fuck is a clear energy?

  • @Matu1 ABB used to have the slogan " A new clear future" or someting like that. Maybe they try to go around that.

  • @Matu1 You can see thru it! ;-)

  • @Matu1 i think it is a pun. new-clear. nuclear.

  • A free infomercial for genotoxic nuclear waste from the country that brought us Chernobyl. Shameless!

  • We don't have to worry anyway, the world ends in 2012 ! :D

  • pure propaganda, this is not what clean energy looks like.

Every buildings needs a roof of solar panels combined with grid based, wind, tidal and geothermal solutions.

  • Thorium is supposed to be safer than traditional nuclear

  • @BoudiccaBlanc

Twist it however you like, in the end it allways comes down to the quality of the safety measures involved.

  • @Beef1188

Exactly! That's why the private sector can't be trusted. Nor can the funding be part of a country's general fund. They money needs to be earmarked and strict quality maintained. No "cutting corners". Also those plants shouldn't be on fault lines, along rivers/lakes (floodling) or near cities!

  • Im from the bad ole USA. Never thought id say this but, Russia iz going to b the new super power! And 100% more friendly than in past times. I want to go there and get a hi tech machinist job! As there are none here!

  • Green Energy IS the solution RT,

    cut the crap....

  • Nuclear power is strong and can be also extremely safe if you are not stifled by monetary concernes when adressing safety. That's one of the reasons why I advocate a resource based economy!

+ Did you know that technology can now allow the possibility to harvest radiation itself? Research is being made on the area of compound titanium microtubes!

  • @Beef1188 Thanks for that snippet of info.

  • @Beef1188

+ Did you know that technology can now allow the possibility to harvest radiation itself? Research is being made on the area of compound titanium microtubes!

    ==========

I hadn't heard about that. I know that nuclear power is something that needs to be respected and taken care with...not built on fault lines or bulit cheaply

    AND

"Nuclear" needs to be maintained. So...that leaves out the private sector!

Fukishima = used rods stored on top of the reactor box. WTF ???

  • @BoudiccaBlanc Like i said... cost cutting! Monetary concernes!

  • @Beef1188 Yep!

  • Very nice but raises a couple of questions.

  • Remember, the area surrounding Chernobyl and Fukushima will be dangerously radioactive for the next 800,000 years, as will all spent radioactive fuel rods.

  • imagine that their floating nuclear ship can also desalinate salt water. Smart folks

  • Tesla is reeling in his grave. He discovered free unlimited energy. Why are we still burning fossil fuels and radiating ourselves? ->>> Greed by the few. <<<-

  • @Mrbullydog66 I dıd a project on Tesla and everythıng he ıs my ıdol etc. But ı never read about hım makıng free unlımıted energy can you poınt me to the way please ım really ıntrested?

  • @TheTurkishFalcon the free energy plans where and still are classified top secret and most probably will never see the light of day aslong as the bilderbergers and other 'oil-masters' get trillions of dollars for their oil...

tesla drove an electric vehicle in 1899 it used a antenna that was tuned to a specific frequency to tap power from earths electric fields...

  • Shameless pro-nuclear Propaganda with no critical point of view sought.

  • So is Russia planning to make use of C02 to C01 conversion technology to store this energy at night or will they be looking to store there electricity using Nano tech based Ultra capacitors. Oh and was is Russia planing to do with Uranium 233 and who's going to produce the Plutonium 239 for future deep space missions.

  • I would like to hear the alternative proposals of the people who are against building nuclear reactors. Since they are using the internet I assume they don't support the abolishment of electricity or its limitation to basic needs.

  • @panarkas If they spent as much on how to treat, recycle and dispose of the waste as they spent in the development of the technology they won't be all those concerns about putting the cart before the horse.

  • @panarkas The Alternative Is to have a global super-conductive spine using cheap superconductor material relying on Ultra capacitors for electrical energy storage all making use of geothermal, tidal, wind and solar energy. It could be done.

  • @QPWimblik But how much space and expenses would be needed to produce the energy currently produced by nuclear reactors by using wind or solar energy? Millions of solar plates and wind generators are required to replace a nuclear power plant. Would it be worth filling the world's plains with these structures, with their negative effects for each area and its ecosystem, in order to avoid nuclear energy? The solution is strict supervision of the nuclear plants and right disposal of their waste.

  • Thumbs up if your ancestors where not afraid of fire, and you are not afraid of the future whatever that might be.
