Once and for all,...there are only 3 degree in Masonry. Entered Apprentice, Fellowcraft and Master Mason. Then there are side degrees of which the Scottish Rite is one (the York is the other). The Scottish Rite contains degrees 4 through 33 and no more, with 33 being honorary. There are no more ten levels above that. People freak out about the 33rd degree and many Masons arent Scottish Rite, making them inelligible for the 33rd. So there is no 43rd degree of Freemasonry.

No one says they are a secret now but come the fuck on... not even ten years ago did they teach one thing about Freemasons in American schools.... NOTHING! NOT ONE THING! They tought you all about some members BUT NOT THE FACT THEY WERE FREEMASON'S... NOT EVEN ONE HINT! I came from the highly Masonic town of Dearborn too. Get a grip people. If they were secret, you wouldn't know about them. If they worshipped the devil, your government would permit them the right to worship him anyway. They are founded on morals linked to nothing other than the bible and what society would deem "good and proper-thinking", and they pass this way of trying to live life with respect for others, self, country and globe through their rituals, which are ALSO biblically related.
