Uh... i assume you mean how to get the cars in your game... i can't remember exactly,but in your game folder, there should be a folder named 'CARS'. In there you will find a folder for each car,and you have to put the skin file in the folder of that car.

And if you asked for a download of the skin...well,i cant reach it due to technical issues,and therefor cant upload it...sorry =/
