My best strategy on the hardest difficulty of this is have full shotgun, flare, and grenade. Start by running through the gate and to the left/top-left part with most of the little huts(with mouths in them) and first throw a flare to get the other distracted and shotgun the broken wall to get to the mouth. 3-4 shots and he's dead. Repeat that with every hut, throw a flare(or grenade if you're out) and shotgun the broken wall. It's the most efficient, IMO and it really works.
Any tips for the last part of this level on morbid? some enemies keep spawning because im not able to kill the fucking mouth guys. I didnt have any trouble on the everything else till now
