I have thought about stuffing their "no postage necessary" envelopes with a lot of paper before...but this is GREAT! And the mailman will take it, right? I need to do this next time I get a "credit card offer" (I hate those.)
@chadpopstar I've heard from others that it doesn't but the postmaster at our little post office says so long as it's neat and clean it will ship. But does it actually make it there I don't know for sure.
Wish this really did work; however, according to Domestic Mail Manual 8.4.6, "...in cases where a BRM card or letter is used improperly as a label, the USPS treats the item as waste."

what i do is put like stupid pictures in or like an anoying letter or once i put used toilet paper in XD
