Consent is everything in how the law applies to you, i establishes their jurisdiction. Also when you answer yes when they ask you if you understand something , that is another trap, never say you understand. It means you stand under [the law/charge or otherwise].
I understand but it doesn't change the fact that you simply get taken to the station if you don't agree with the search, which means aggravation and loss of time in the best of cases.

It seems to me that we are certainly considered merchandise and it comes as no surprise that trading legislation of a strictly economic nature is being applied to us but I have so far failed to find any positive potential or constructive, workable angle in the perhaps correct exposés of Maxwell & others about Admiralty Law and I don't believe that citizens contesting its application...

When I saw the rainwater piece I was shocked, scared and outraged. Then I did some research and it made sense.
Since the rainwater belongs to everyone, the rainwater should fall unimpeded into surrounding creeks and streams to be come the property of farmers and ranchers.
I think if you collected small quantities just for yourself, you'll be good. But if you collected the water for commercial use like a car wash, then it's different.
It makes sense.

The only way this works is if you don't have any legal contracts in play. Meaning you don't work, you don't own or rent a home, anything. This is the only way to get away with not paying taxes, driving without a license, any non-violent crime.

If you think its not true, then demand your state to produce your original birth certificate for viewing, the wet ink document your father, mother signed at the hospital, they cant, only a copy is there, who has the original, a copy is fraud, they paid the hospitals to get it signed, still to this day, try leaving the hospital today without signing one, they say it is mandatory before you can.
If you have a child at home and never get a BC child services can never take that child, no ownership.

I looked up every case on westlaw that deals with the "sovereignty citzenship" argument and not one person has won using that defense (All were sent to jail or fined). Canada may be different, but here in the US, its a frivolous legal argument the courts won't recogize. Best doing what Prophet Musa (as) did and just leave because Pharoah will not be persuaded.

@Surah18, a "citizen" is a created role or office subject to the laws of a Society - i.e. it's Statutes, Acts, Codes, Rules and Regulations.
As such, a "sovereign citizen" is like saying a "sovereign subject" which is clearly an oxymoron.
Don't assume a "citizen" (a subject and a created role) is the same as "one of the People" (a sovereign).
It is the People that had the Government created in Trust, with themselves as the Beneficiary, whereas the "citizen" is only a created role and office.

And only then do you have unalienable rights at common law, including the right to make claim and file suit / action in a "court of record" ( - a court proceeding according to the common law).
When standing as "one of the People", you are the Beneficiary of the State and you public servants cannot infringe on your unalienable rights.
A "citizen", however, stands under and subject to 'Acts'...

If you were travel in an automobile on the highway w/o a drivers license and get into an accident you will be under that states jurisdiction and punished b/c you have substantially interfered with commerce.

@Surah18, to enter into commerce is entirely voluntary. This can be done by your words or your actions, including admitting to standing as a "citizen", "res-ident", "driver" or any other subjective role under the Government over which their commercial codes apply.
If you avoid entering into commerce (in all number of ways), including by your standing, then they have no jurisdiction or authority over you.
You then stand sovereign as "one of the People" - a free man.

You can not be a sovereign, and a citizen. Word magic is used to get people to foolishly waive their rights... In fact, there would be no record in the law books because this commercial law you are all under now does not recognize flesh and blood... it does however represent legal fictions, citizens, person, residents, etc. Unless you have the courage to see for yourself, and manifest your reality, you will never find proof in their law books... trust me.

@PhillipOrion They can't be thats the point, but thats basically the idea or argument they're trying to put forth. If everyone was sovereign there would be chaos. Based on the research I have done, in the US you can claim that Allah is sovereign and therefore the secular courts cannot interfere with your affairs because of the 1st amendment of the constitution.

@Surah18 Absolutely impossible to be a "Sovereign Citizen", Sovereign and Citizen cannot go hand in hand. As for the cases in Western Law you are viewing, they are not based on law at all, instead, commercial courts. All true sovereigns never step foot in the fraud court systems, and anytime we are arrested, we sit in cells until they give up trying to get a legal name and we are released. Do not play their game if you're not part of it... People go to court because the fear the alternative.

The police officer attempted to trick him towards the end by stating that once you enter the "highway" you must have insurance. The highway is a commercial term which only applies to those engaged in commerce under license.
As a travelers he has every right to access the "common way" to go to and fro as he so pleases.

@JamesAndersonRoth study Rob Menard Freeman on the Land movement. He uses affadavits which are statements of fact if not rebutted by anyone within 20 or 40 days. Can't remember exactly. Rob's got loads of videos to watch. A huge learning experience that will make this all start to gel. Also, watch a great series of vids on youtube by Johnny Liberty. He also wrote The Global Soverign's Handbook which is brilliant and is now free online. He is essentially a political prisoner for waking us up!
