It's called self-loathing, a form of self-depreciating racism. Outer Mongolians felt it to be more humiliating to be screwed by their fellow yellow men (Chinese) than by the "superior" white Russians.

看到今天的外蒙表现得比谁都崇敬他，比内蒙还蒙古，用斯拉夫字母弘扬蒙古文化，和当年双手沾满蒙汉及其他各族人民鲜血的日本人走得那么近。不知道今天那些躺在东北和内蒙的日本工事要塞下的累累白骨作何感受！

外蒙在苏联时代把一代天骄骂的一无是处，以俄罗斯的历史观把他定义成刽子手、侵略者、等等。可是在内蒙，文革时期也没有丑化成吉思汗。可以理解外蒙不得已，但还是感觉很不爽。

蒙古国虽然原来与内蒙是一个民族，但现在完全两码事了，蒙古的文字语言与蒙古族完全不同，是采用俄罗斯文字和发音的。

内蒙古人使我们的手足兄弟。外蒙古人则不是，因为它们受到了俄国人的蛊惑。或许元凶就是俄国人了。
