most people dont know they have grind their tooth till the see a dentise. here are few sign. this video is true but misleading i find. not to the point. if you find every morning u woke up with sore jaw joint or sensitive tooth on the biting area of your tooth or you can see your tooth are overall flat on the biting surface... then YES you have grind during the night. the dentise can help you with a night graud but the actual way to cure the root of this problem is that you learn to relax more.
