Then brush over the teeth. (The white key will paint back the layer mask and the black will erase).
If it's too much or too little you can adjust the Selective Color layer.
I find this faster and safer. Meaning you can more easily balance the teeth to the rest of the image and when saved as a PSD, if necessary, you are able to the adjust according to the client's needs.

It's a bad habit not to utilize layers to guard against being able to step incrementally when necessary. (alt j to copy layer).
Regardless, I find it much easier to create an adjustment layer. In this case Selective Color.
Under the colors tab select yellow and lower the percentage of black, hit enter.
With black as the background (the x key will toggle between foreground and background colors) hit alt delete.
