This isn't part of "The Catherine Tate Show" and it's not a comedy sketch. This is a scene from the movie "Scenes of A Sexual Nature" which is about a number of different couples and set in Hampstead Heath over the space of a few hours. It's written by Aschlin Ditta who co-wrote Series 3 of "The CT show" (and also plays the guy in the bush at the start of the clip). It's quite a lovely film! :) Hope that explained something - I wouldn't have gotten it either if I hadn't seen the film.
