At BattleStar '84, Dusty Rhodes & Manny Fernandez defeated Ivan Koloff & Don Kernodle for the NWA World Tag Team Belts. Ivan & Nikita turned on Don afterwards. Larsen came into the ring to his aid. Mr. & Mrs. Kernodle also came to the ring to help stretcher him out. It was then revealed that Keith & Don were brothers. One year earlier, it was revealed that Brett Wayne was Buzz Sawyer's brother.

@Lfdjake91 Yeah, Watch Memphis wrestling from 81. Great stuff. Sullivan and Farris are founding members (actually Farris might have been the first new recruit - people were turning & switching alliances all the time in Memphis) of Jimmy Hart's first family. @zaius316 Larsen's real name is Wallace Kernodle. He's Don's brother, legit.

Farris had the Honky Tonk gimmick for a 2-3 years before going to WWF. He started doing it in Southeastern in 83 or 84 (83, I think).
