I smoke Marlboro "Reds", and from what I can tell the glue is in the PAPER, not the tobacco. Currently I "hot-box" and don't inhale the glue rings and it's "not as bad". Even so, there are 2-3 rings on each cigarette which I don't inhale, therefore I'm wasting about 1/4 of my cigarette. Toxic smoke - It's useless to call Philip Morris because they own the patent for the fire safe paper. Other manufacturers have to pay Philip Morris to use the paper. More chemicals other than carpet glue are added. If you take the tobacco out and put it in a non FSC tube the cigarette still goes out. Naphthalene (moth balls) and Increased fluorine were listed. Well I'm 19 (legal here in Virginia.) and since last month they have just started selling these damn cigs. I just got my first pack earlier this week. I smoke Menthol (yes I know they are supposedly horrible.) but basically I have had a headache for the last week straight. I can't get rid of the bloody thing and it's thanks to these cigarettes. Before I started smoking them I only got headaches once in awhile (I was born with migraines its in my family.) but now it's been a whole week with one.
