I find myself conflicted with this topic. On one hand i love surf music which isn't a type of music but rather a genre within rock music which is what steampunk is. On the other hand i find this concept to be as stupid as wizard rock or alt metal christian rap. I'll just end by saying that a good song is a good song no matter what genre or type it's filed under.
