I've always wanted to become this flexible but never had anyone to teach me how. Where can we find teachers? I don't even know anyone who is into contortion :(

The contortion is very difficult and very beautiful art I think)

You inspire me, and I really want learn some movement, but I haven't good flexibility, I can't do splits(( And my spine have pain when I'm doing a bridge. I want to learn it and unite with acrobatic summersault... This is what I dream( Can you show real excercise, wich you use, to achieve for e.g. straddle split! Please!
