I agree with the above poster. He is not buckled right at all. Please make sure you research how to properly buckle him in his seat. The seat belt is supposed to be up over the shoulder and across the collar bone.
he is super adorable and I am sure you want to protect him the best you can in the car. I would urge you to seek out a car seat tech to help you learn how to use the booster seat correctly. I can't see everything in the video but I can tell the shoulder strap is NOT where it should be on him.
