Too be honest, Ken block is such an over rated driver, Im not saying hes shit cause he is quiet good, but his Gymkhana stuff he does each corner around 60 times and picks the best video and then split all the videos into one big sequence, Colin McRae, Ari Vatanen, Sebastien Loeb, Richard Burns, Carlos Seinz, Henry Toivonen andTommi Makinen are some of the top drivers rallying has ever seen, Sebastien Loeb has won the WRC 6 years running, they all deserve more credit then they get!

SCI - (Makers of richard burns rally) If you make the slightest mistake or lack concentration, your going off the track, and your gonna get raped by some gravity.

Codemasters - Make the suspension nice and bouncy looking, make sure the car slides a long way and make it hard to spin out so the kids can still play it.

@MrBlooDudette true. richard burns is amazing. no current game maker will go near that level of realism though because so many players would quit in frustration because they can't instantly jump in and rack up stellar lap times. gamers have this need for instant gratification and a short attention span.

We'll probably have to wait for a fix from the modding community to get the physics tweaked for the sim guys. It would be nice if we could get a "kick your ass" physics mode option.

@FastRedPonyCar Agreed. If dirt 3 is a good enough games then I think we could see mods for it. Nobody has really broken into the EGO engine yet though (the same engine which runs F1 2010, Grid etc).

I like how all the users say this game won't be realistic or it sucks and so on, yet the Professional racers that actually hmm race in the sport of rally for a living and are damn good at say it is the most realistic thing they have experienced. I would think I am going to go with the Professional on this one as I have never driven a rally car, and 95% of the people who play this game haven't yet tons of them think they know what its like to drive a rally car.

@Finq08 How do you know this? That is my point. Have you raced in a rally car? I agree it will be a great game it will be fun and it looks great along with the fun factor. Rallisport Challenge 2 is still up there as one of the best in my mind. But nobody unless they race some sort of rally or something close can honestly say what is real.

If it's so realistic why did the CM rep interviewed by Sim Racing Tonight say Dirt 3 sits a 5 or 6 on the "sim scale" (1 being iRacing, 10 being Mario Kart). Still this will be a lot of fun & way better all around than WRC by Blackbean.
