Will that belt clip fit over a belt that is close to 3/4 of an inch wide? i have this belt for my concealed carry pistol... can't find a phone case that fits over it

was really torn between the defender and the commuter for my new razr i just got Thursday, This is my 3rd Android phone (OG Droid, Droid Charge, now my Razr) I've only ever used Otterbox cases with them, so sticking with Otterbox was a given, although i knew either case would really add alot of bulk to the slim, sleekness of this phone. The protection is worth it though. after a few days of debating, I decided to go with the Defender. Should be here Tuesday...thanks for helping me decide!

@juggernautGray its pretty nice, the silicone outside is a crazy lint magnet, and i'm not very accurate with getting it holstered sometimes, especially at work, if i'm getting in a hurry...the screen protector is kinda meh. but overall, i'm satisfied, picked mind up for $31 bucks on Amazon.

@dizzlefizzitz it's currently $28 (with free shipping with Amazon Prime) i sold mine to a coworker though, and i'm currently using a commuter series case for my Razr..love it! The bulk of this case turned me against it, amazing quality case, just too big for me personally.

@12tippettm: I think the commuter series is good but the Defender series is better. The Defender serseries give your device maxiam protection. The down side to that is the case does make your device larger and more bulky. Would you like me to do a video to compare the two?

To use as a media stand, keep the clip as if you are going to wear the phone vertical on your hip, then snap the clip open and place the unit on a flat surface horizontally.

@firefighterben043: Thanks. Have you tried to use it as a media stand? I understand how it is suppose to go, but the phone is to long for it to sit right.... or maybe it is just me. Other then that how you liking the case.

I love this phone..... but why buy it if you want to keep your phone thin and sleek. I've never owned cases. I'm just careful with it ( or try to be)

@blackcaviar : Some people are rough on a phone and this case is perfect for them. I myself am clumsy at times, that is one of many reasons I keep mine in a case. You should check out my video on the Shell Holster Case. This case keeps your phone protected and keeps that sleek thin feel of the phone
