3) No when light rays hit water they do not create carbon dioxide on the contrary they create oxygen. Most of the Earth's oxygen is produced by the photoplanktonic animals that live there. The atmosphere is 21% Oxygen.

Hmmm.. how does more light cause more carbon dioxide? The oceans are full of plankton. More sunlight would result in more plankton. Plankton absorb CO2, so the level of CO2 should decrease in that case.

CO2 is not produced by water heating up. That's water vapour - which is pretty much just precipitation.

Actually the temperature is not "out of our control" as you mention. The Biosphere of the planet holds the ability to act as a regulator of the Earth's climatological systems. When we go back 3.5 billion years there was primarily photosynthetic organisms known as cyanobacteria. These organisms put most of the oxygen in the atmosphere. Later on when that oxygen had been built up enough in the atmosphere, the ozone layer formed paving the way for the colonization of land by living organisms.
