in bulgaria we have a small model of this tank but it seems wrong 1 of the weels spins in a nother direction and it has a different mechanism

The tank does drive, it has a complex gear mechanism that is worked by men that pull the lever which spin the gears and make the wheels go forwards and backwards. His invention was sheer genius and was meant to protect the entire force inside the tank while causing mass destruction to anything it passes by.

Very nice indeed! I like the way you have assembled the gearing mechanism so to transfer motion from the inner to the outer of the construction.

What I really found impressive is the intention to reconstruct --as much as possible- the actual mechanism of da Vinci's invention and not to assemble a construction that will just resemble to this. I never had the chance to reed the "Advanced NXT - the daVinci Inventions book" but I can tell that the "NXT Armored Car" is a wonderful project.
